Been taking these since May of 2025 along with a few other daily vitamins. I have not had a single leg cramp while waking up since then except for 1 cramp like 2 days ago. That's 1 single and very light leg cramp in 8 months. Before I was taking these I maybe experienced a leg cramp every few weeks. I will say these do the job extremely well.

Great for sleep and relaxation!!! I bought a 2nd bottle but now they’re veggie capsules instead of the pills which I feel like the big chalky pills were more effective. Still great for sleeping!

I have stragled with sleepless nights during the menopause for several years now. This pill is a great tool to get a better night sleep. I take only one capsule around 7 p.m. I can sleep solid 4 hours from 11- 3 am, then still can fall asleep after. Huge help for me.

The product is well packaged and the veggie caps are easy to swallow. I am really confused about folks saying that it makes them sick... ???? .... I take 2 or 3 at bedtime every night; been taking this for a couple years now; no problems whatsoever. Also, read the descriptions better and avoid getting the wrong product for your preference. There are TABLETS and there are CAPLETS ... pay attention. And because " you don't like it " doesn't make it a one star product. You're result is not necessarily due to the product. What you don't tell us: what is your lifestyle like? What are you taking it with that might create discomfort? What is your physical stature? Try a little self awareness before you condemn it.
