Decent tasting, calorie-dense, could be more convenient
Tastes fine. Dissolves well. Sweet, obviously, but not too sickly.Carries a ton of energy for the recommend dilution (e.g Enervit 65g serving/ 244kcal per 500ml, vs High5 benchmark 47g/175kcal per 500ml). That does mean that this 650g tub only makes 10 servings (5l) of drink though.It’s a shame this isn’t available in handy sachets, and the 65ml scoop is big, so you need a wide-necked bidon else it goes everywhere.
