Had this salmon for my New Years dinner with my gf. It was delicious! Highly recommend. Very fast and professional shipping in terms of making sure the fish gets to you still fresh (it's frozen, but there's no thawing during the shipping and it's packaged carefully). The size of the pieces were nice.Saw other people selling smaller pieces for more money that would take 2-3 weeks to get to you (crazy), while others were selling half the 6oz fillets for the same price!Wound up grilling these up on some cedar wood planks for about 10-15mins and they came out perfect. The skin was nice and crispy, and the fish flakes off perfectly without any hassle in case you prefer to eat it without the skin (like my gf lol). Personally I love skin on the salmon because it helps hold in all the juices and flavor from my marinades better.Also bought the Ocean’s Finest Snow Crab Legs and Tuna Steaks on here. All were great! I highly recommend!
