I bought this for my office/man-cave. I smoke a pipe. Most of my tobaccos are aromatic with a good room scent, but I do experiment and some of them can get a bit stale smelling over time. I have this filter next to my desk and it does a great job of filtering the smoke. My wife can rarely smell the tobacco... though she does love the aroma of most. This one has multiple speeds, I usually leave it on max and it works great. It is small enough to be unobtrusive and large enough to be effective. The controls are on top and can be controlled via wifi if needed. It doesn't restart after a power outage, so have to remember to start it again. Easy to use and a lot of power for the size. Pros: light weight, powerful, effective and easy to use. Well made and good value. Cons: It can be loud on maximum speed if you are sensitive to such things. It can be placed anywhere in the room, so that can be used to mitigate the noise. In my case, I have multiple fans running on computers etc so it isn't noticeable. I have several Levoit products and find they are long wearing, well made and effective. These are no exception. I would recommend this product and would buy it again.

This is a very good quality air purifier, and I have used and configured one before at my Mom's a few years ago, and she loved it, so I bought one for my own personal use at home. This purifier is a very well respected brand in the industry. Its easy to read and turn on and off, and the controls are easy to understand. Its very light weight and easily portable to move from room to room as needed. It also has no smell whatsoever, and is very quiet when in night mode, I cannot hear it at all! You can however hear it if you turn up fan to maximum cleaning, but some folks might just like this extra white noise to fall asleep to. Besides, once you do a good thorough cleaning first day or two in a given room, you don't need to run it on high speed all the time. Running it on low speed at nighttime when you are asleep works quite well. The only thing is this particular model I got might be a tad small for my master bedroom. I wish I had maybe gotten a slightly larger model, but this one still works great for what I got it for. Being on on a fixed budget at the time last Fall when I initially purchased, I wasn't wanting to splurge too much then. The small size is my only negative complaint, but not enough to discourage anyone from getting one. I just thought it would be a tad bigger for my bedroom. Otherwise, it gets high marks across the board. Just be sure you buy the largest model you can afford. especially if its for a master bedroom or large living or entertainment room. This is the 200 model I think, so the larger the model number, the better. I highly recommend these Levoit Air purifiers, and they even will work with Alexa (and Google). That is also a nice plus and one reason I got one for my Mom several years ago so she could operate it using her voice only!

I think the LEVOIT Air Purifier is really good overall. It runs quietly, works efficiently, and has made a noticeable difference in the air quality in my room. The smart control features are convenient and easy to use, which adds to the overall experience. The build quality feels solid, and it performs well for everyday use in a bedroom or dorm setting. The only downside for me is that I accidentally purchased a different model. I originally wanted the version with the scent diffuser. Even so, this is still a great product and does its main job very well, so I’m satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this purifier because I really wanted one that I could turn on from my phone while laying in bed, since I am completely blind in the dark due to my vision impairment, and I don't necessarily have anywhere to place this type of electronic near my bed that was the major deal breaker for me. This air purifier is about the size of a PS5, but a little more convenient due to the cylinidrical shape of it. The app set up is easy and it allows you to auto order a new filter through the app via a scheduled set up. I have mine set up for every 6 months and you can tell the difference between the 2 filters after those 6 months.... the app also will tell you the life on your filter left and will tell you the air quality/ pollen count outside of your home. All the modes do exactly as they say and the sleep mode is ultra quiet which is nice. I've been using this air purifier for almost 2 years now and it is still working great. You can immidetly tell when you take it out of the box that it is a good high quality purifier and not a purifier where they say its high quality and after a week it stops working... My last purifier was lmof a lower quality and stopped working with-in a year, but also I paid $50 for that one and I didn't have a dog at that time. It is so nice to have a higher quality purifier that works exactly as it says on the ads. The app also includes other Levoit electronics you can add to your account so you have all your Lwvoit products in one spot on your phone which I think is so mice and easy. The app is also really easy to use and to set up everything on, it looks and feels very professional and easy which I really enjoy. I love opening up my app and seeing all my Levoit electronics in one spot, ready to turn on or off, or to change any mode it's on to something different. You can aslo set up a schedule of when you would like your devices to turn on and off and what mode to use whenbit does. The purifier has been so helpful with my allergies as it takes about 10 minutes for my severe allergy symptoms to begin subsiding a good amount after coming inside from walking the dog. To some 10 minutes may sound like a long time, but to someone with really really REALLY awful allergies 10 minutes is well worth the wait... Also, the air suction is powerful enough where I have to wipe I'm purifier down with a clean and dry paper towel to get some dog hair off of the sides where the air flows into the machine. It's also kept the infamous "dog smell" from settling in my room. I highly recommend this purifier it's great and if/when this one goes, I will definitly be purchasing another Levoit brand...

Just love it and cools the room when active. Integrated with Alexa and so far it's been working really well.

​J’utilise ce Core 200S dans ma chambre depuis un moment maintenant et j'en suis globalement très satisfait. Le design est compact et se fond bien dans le décor. L'installation avec l'application VeSync a été ultra rapide, ce qui permet de programmer des plages horaires facilement. ​Les points positifs : ​Mode Nuit impressionnant : On l'entend à peine, c'est parfait pour dormir sans être dérangé. ​Connectivité : L'appli est intuitive et le contrôle à distance fonctionne sans latence. ​Efficacité : On sent rapidement une différence sur la fraîcheur de l'air, surtout le matin. ​Les points négatifs : ​Bruit en mode 3 : À pleine puissance, il souffle fort, c'est bruyant (mais efficace pour purifier vite). ​Lumière du bouton : Même en mode nuit, certains voyants restent un peu visibles si on est sensible à l'obscurité totale. ​ En résumé, c'est un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour une pièce de taille moyenne.

El producto llegó a tiempo y en buen estado. Aunque el manual viene en inglés, es súper sencillo hacer el montaje y encenderlo. Tener la app en el celular hace más fácil controlarlo y pude conectarlo con Alexa sin ningún problema, además de que en la app te avisan el tiempo de vida que tiene el filtro, para poder monitorearlo y cambiarlo cuando sea necesario. El purificador me ha funcionado muy bien, tiene 3 niveles, el más alto es el más ruidoso aunque no es molesto, muy parecido al ruido generado por un ventilador, el modo para dormir es una maravilla, prácticamente no se escucha nada y puedes programar a qué hora se apaga lo que me parece muy práctico. Cuando llegó lo encendí en la recámara y una hora después ya notaba la diferencia en el aire, tengo alergias y sentía el aire más fresco para respirar y dormí muy a gusto sin estornudos ni tos. El filtro lo limpié con la aspiradora y fue muy sencillo, aunque no se elimina todo el polvo que se acumula, si se lleva gran parte lo que sin duda ayuda a que dure y filtre mejor por más tiempo. Sí lo recomiendo, cumple bien su función y no considero que el precio sea excesivo.

This Levoit air purifier has been one of my best purchases in a long time. I have mild allergies and used to feel unwell after spending long hours in a closed room with limited airflow. After getting this, the difference has been huge — I feel noticeably better and get sick far less often. The purifier runs almost all the time when I’m home, and it’s surprisingly low-maintenance. The mobile app is excellent — you can set schedules to automatically turn it on or off. For example, mine switches off when I leave for work and turns back on before I get home, so the air is already clean when I walk in. The filter really works — after just a week, you can see how much dust it has trapped. It’s also compact and portable; I even took it with me on a trip to Dubai and packed it easily in my luggage. For a small bedroom or apartment, this model is perfect. It’s a bit loud on full power (sounds like a high-end PC fan), but you can use sleep mode if you prefer it quiet. I personally keep it on high most of the time for stronger airflow and faster purification. Overall, this product has genuinely improved my indoor air quality and health, and I’m now a big fan of the Levoit brand. I’ll definitely be buying a higher-capacity model in the future. Highly recommend this one for anyone dealing with dust or allergies.

En casa hay dos personas con alergia (principalmente a los ácaros, aunque hay algunas otras secundarias). El caso es que en algún momento se manifestaba la alergia (tos, secreción nasal, incluso irritación de piel y ojos). La doctora nos recomendó un purificador de aire y viendo las buenas críticas de este, lo compré. Actualmente lo tengo programado para que se encienda y apague a unas determinadas horas y desde entonces, no se han repetido los cuadros de alergia que había antes, por lo que sin duda, funciona. El purificador Levoit es un cilindro blanco, estéticamente correcto y no desentona en el salón o habitación. Se enchufa, se quita el plástico del filtro y funciona. Notas que saca algo de aire por la parte superior, pero en ningún momento es molesto. Lo tenemos colocado cerca de la televisión, en el salón y para nada desentona. La parte superior es una superficie negra táctil que es donde se indica el funcionamiento, encendido y apagado manual, etc. Dispone de una luz blanca (que se puede apagar si se quiere) y allí se puede elegir el tipo de velocidad (nocturno + 3 velocidades), encender/apagar luz, etc. Todo muy fácil de acceder y perfectamente indicado. Sin embargo, recomiendo usar la app de Levoit. En primer lugar se conecta a la red wifi, y a partir de ahí podemos controlar el propio dispositivo mediante la app y para mi lo más importante, programarlo. Se pueden establecer muchos programas, que se ajusten a nuestros horarios/usos, por ejemplo que se encienda a las 6 de la mañana, se apague a las 9, pudiendo establecer periodicidad. Muy completo y muy funcional. La app además permite controlar el dispositivo sin estar en casa (por ejemplo si nos lo hemos olvidado encendido y queremos apagarlo). Sin duda es una aplicación muy bien realizada y muy completa. Y creo que fue uno de los motivos principales por los cuales elegí este dispositivo. Según las horas de uso, podemos ver el desgaste del filtro. Imagino que recibiremos un aviso cuando esté crítico y haya que reemplazarlo. Para hacerlo es muy sencillo: el purificador va roscado, por lo que se desenrosca, se quita el filtro, se coloca el nuevo y ya está. El tema del ruido: estaba preocupado por si hacía excesivo ruido, y la verdad es que supongo que se escucha pero te acostumbras, y creo además que no es excesivo: está en el salón y para nada impide escuchar la televisión. Si aumentas la velocidad, pues se escucha mucho más. Decir además que el modo nocturno permite dormir sin ningún problema (en ocasiones lo hemos movido a una habitación y nadie se ha quejado). Por mi parte decir que ha sido un acierto. Era un poco escéptico sobre el funcionamiento y eficiencia de estos dispositivos pero he de decir que funciona perfectamente. El mantenimiento es mínimo, le quitamos el polvo como parte de cada limpieza de la casa y el filtro cuando se agote. Recomiendo totalmente su compra.
