I am changing this review from a 1-star to a 4-star because of the following: initially, I was very upset when the baking sheets warped in the oven. They are super-shiny and I scratched the mirror surface easily. I felt they were unusable.The seller contacted me quickly and explained that the sheets are for cookies (I was using them at a higher heat, for frozen french fries.) They are stainless steel, which is more susceptible to scratching than less pure materials. The seller offered to refund my purchase without requiring me to return the sheets.I went back and used the product as directed, and they are indeed very good when used properly. I feel that my original review was hasty and I apologize for not being more careful. Thank you for your professionalism. I should have contacted you first to clear up the problem I was experiencing.

I initially wrote a five star review. Because they’re stainless steel and can be washed in the dishwasher. After using it once and washing the cooling racks and cookie sheets in the dishwasher. The wires came right off the cooking racks, and the cookie sheets have rust stains and water marks on them. These are not durable at all.

These have been great pans for roasting meat and vegetables so far. They've maintained their general shine and I like cooking on stainless. The one thing is that the pans have a tendency to warp a little at high temperatures so they're not as level, but they seem to snap back as they cool. I use them multiple times a week and would buy them again. They're healthier to use than nonstick coatings with chemicals or aluminum, so that's great. Things seem to cook pretty evenly on them.

I used for baking chicken tenders rapped in bacon. Baked at 425 and pans warped in oven. After cooling did come back. Racking is good. Easy to clean. Heavy duty. Scratches easy on pans. Hope they last. Paid too much for them to go bad right away. Contacted vender and they told me that it normal for that to happen in that temperature and unevenness and they do flatten out after Cooldown. Scratches are minor and do buff out. I think they will be fine. Thanks to Sophie for all the help. She was awesome.

Used the pans for the first time tonight to roast potatoes. Pans warp and “pop” when they get hot. Could be dangerous.

Ordered this set to make jerky. i wasn't really expecting the high quality of the pans. They are quite sturdy and high quality. With the heat level I am dealing with for this purpose I was not concerned with warping, however I think thickness of the pans would do well with this issue, but this is only and opinion. Stains from the drippings cleaned out easy enough, but I used a green scrubby pad and even this soft material left little mares in the finish.

I already have 2 pans like this but without the racks and wanted to purchase more! So glad I got them with the rack so I can cook chicken on it without it sitting in grease! My favorite part is because they are stainless steel I don't have to worry about them rusting after putting them in the dishwasher!

I love these stainless Steele cookie sheets. The baking racks work great for making crispy wings. They are well made, and hold up fine in a 450 oven, with no warping or discoloration. I scrub them to get the stuck on stuff off and then put them in the dishwasher.

Compré estas charolas porque nadie mas tiene el tamaño exacto para mi horno eléctrico. Ni siquiera chefman vende la charolas para sus propios productos. Y por eso le doy 3 estrellas. Tiene tamaños difíciles de encontrarDesgraciadamente, al entrar en calor las charolas se doblan MUCHO. Las primeras veces incluso después atoraban en el horno y ya no podía extraerlas. Se rayó mi horno a los lados.No entiendo cómo hacen productos para horno con aleaciones que al entrar en calor de deforman, es irónico. Eso si, al enfriarse recuperan la forma original.

Ideal para.usarlo en horno tostador. Resistente y de buen tamaño
