I have been taking 1 a day for 3 months after an abnormal lab. My creatine reduced by 20% at the follow up lab and my eGFR and BUN/Cr are now normal. This is the only change I made between the labs. I will continue to take these and I hope by my next lab in 3-6 months my Cr is normal.

This product works. I took it for 1.5 months religiously and took 2 pills every night. I also stopped drinking any processed protein shakes. My gfr went from 70 to a 98. I will continue to take it.
