The shape of these hand grip eggs is perfect for the palm of my hand. They aren’t too big or too small and their density gives me enough resistance to get the best result. Keeping them by my computer is a perfect place to de-stress as I work. I like the fact I can gradually increase my resistance as I use them. Interestingly, I have found they work wonders on my feet as I roll my foot over them and push down on them on the ball of my foot. I wasn’t planning on this, but found the stress in my feet was relieved as well. They are perfect to take with me when I travel for work. Enjoy!

I like these so much better than the more common stress balls that you usually see. These are a more dense material and feel like they'll last a lot longer. They have the feel of a rubber bouncy ball with a grip to it, so if you're gripping them in your hand, they stay in place. So if you prefer to throw things when you're mad, use caution when holding these because if you're stressed and throw one of these, it could do some damage!

These were nice. I got them for giving Platlets at the Red Cross. Flexable for light fast squeezes. Much better than the foam balls. These fit in your palm and are strong enough to get some exercise while donating. The only draw back is the color. The yellow has gotten dirty looking in my go bag.

This was a great product to use after having shoulder surgery and being immobilized for two months. Helped me maintain the strength in my hand.

I had tried other products but I have small hands so this one was a much better fit. I’m also older with some arthritis so some products are too stiff. This one has just enough resistance without causing pain

These are great. I purchased some previously that only lasted a week. These are durable and small enough to keep in your pocket. I would definitely recommend these.

I really liked that each egg fit perfectly in my hand and had a different level of "squishiness". My personal favorite was the yellow egg. It's nice to get three for basically the price of one, because so often you get one that's a little too hard to squeeze for comfort or a little too soft.Such a great stress reliever or easy go to for a fidgety hand!
