I love these inserts! I started having foot pain during distance horseback riding, snowshoeing and hiking. I purchased my first pair of these years ago and have used them in all my footwear (except sandals) since then. My feet do not hurt when I wear these, if I forget to put them in I know it! I have both the thinner, leather version, good for dress/casual shoes and the thicker, sports version for riding and snow/hiking boots. The thin ones fit in shoes that are my size, I size size up my boots to allow space for the thicker ones.

I bought these to fit in my travel shoes. I like them so much, I have another pair to wear in my running shoes.My current travel shoes are Merrell "Dassie Buckle" - Black. The insoles in those shoes are not very good & would not provide enough arch, cushion & heel support for long days (I average 13 miles per day when I am travelling). I have a small bunion on one foot so I like the extra width in this shoe. I ordered the size 8M (38.5 EU) shoe & the 38 in this Pedag. The 38 Pedag insole was too small but it fits perfectly in my running shoe. I ordered the 39 Pedag & it fits in this Merrell. This was the perfect combination shoe for all day sightseeing.These insoles have plenty of arch support & cushion. I need extra cushion in my forefoot & these work really well. They keep my foot at the proper alignment in my shoe so my legs & feet feel good all day! And they are washable. I just throw them in the wash & hang dry.Pull the insole out of your shoe at the end of the day so they can dry out. Feet sweat more than you think. The insoles are very comfortable and perfect to give greater support to the foot

I first bought W11 or EU41 because I read that they run small and I usually wear a woman's size 10 1/2 shoe. The EU 41 was too small, but thankfully my daughter was able to use them for her work shoes. I ordered the W12 or EU42 next, and those were almost perfect. They're still a smidgen shy of the sport shoe I'm using them in, but probably better than going up one more size and having to cut it back. They are good insoles. I just wish there was more cushion to them, but I feel that way about all insoles. I have ultra high arches so these don't give me complete arch support, but they're a lot better than many other insoles which claim to be for high arches. I do see that this brand does have another insole which appear to be for high arches, so I might try those next. I'm using these for playing pickleball and so far they do a good job of keeping my knees from hurting. Give them a try. You can always return them.

These were recommended by my orthopedic. Only complaint is they are noisy in the show. But seem to help.

Let me start by saying, I have a lot of experience with European sizes. I wear a 15 and when I saw US15/EU48 I said, "no way". Look at any US-EU size chart on the web and you will see that the correct correspondence is US15/EU49. So I ordered the US16/EU49. Sure enough, if you turn them over you see that embossed on the bottom is EU49/US15 (see pic#1). So why the heck is the size picker on the amazon page wrong? This is not rocket science.Anyway, smugly congratulating myself, I replaced my current insoles with these. They are still about a size short of filling the shoe. Furthermore, they aren't wide enough. Now when I saw this comment from other people, I thought, sure, too narrow for an average foot but I wear a AA width so I'll be just fine. (That's right, I am cursed with a 15AA foot!) And these are too narrow for my shoes (see pic#2).It's a shame because the arch support is really great (see pic#3) and the metatarsal pad is shaped just like the one that my podiatrist stuck to my old Spenco insoles. I'm tempted to try the EU50 and trim them if they are too long.

I just got a brand new pair of Adidas Five Ten Freerider riding shoes and they hurt my feet SO bad! I thought maybe they just needed to be broken in, but now I have over 100 miles of riding and they STILL hurt my feet when I was done. Great for the ride, horrible afterwards. ANYWAY, just got these, slipped them in, and after a 15 mile ride, I'm able to get off the bike and WALK! Not just walk, but walk with no pain! Absolute godsend for my feet! Riding shoes are important, making sure they are well supported, even MORE important!

I broke my foot a lot of years ago and it caused nerve damage. Most physical activities - running, hiking, skiing,etc., would cause sever pain to my foot. A podiatrist recommended that I get inserts for my metatarsal. I was skeptical, but tried it. I came across the Pedag's on Amazon and tried them. I am now on my 4th pair. They have pretty much completely resolved my pain, and add a good level of cushion, far better than the factory shoe inserts. And I buy high end running shoes from running stores. These are a great product and have literally changed my life. These are German quality and TUV certified. Not a cheap 3rd world knockoff. I can't recommend them enough.

I have about 7 pairs of these. I put them in walking boots, day to day boots, badminton shoes and my "around the house" shoes.Very comfortable and provide arch support, some metatarsal support and more forefoot cushioning than most other insoles.They last fairly well too.

Ich habe diese Einlage nun in fast allen Lauf und Wanderschuhen, Laufen nicht Joggen. In manchen Wanderschuhen verwende ich sie schon Jahre und außer das man etwas Verschleiß sieht, halten sie dennoch weiterhin sehr gut. Die meisten Einlege Sohlen sind eigentlich mehr einlege Bretter und man hat mehr schmerzen als wenn man barfuß gehen würde. Diese Sohlen sind eine Wohltat und obwohl ich sehr schnell an den Füssen ermüde und auch ab und zu schmerzen habe, kann ich dank dieser Sohle verhältnismäßig lange laufen. Ursprünglich habe ich sie in einem Wander.- und Sport Laden in Südtirol gekauft und seitdem habe ich sie in fast allen Schuhen
