Stiff, Strong, Plenty of Options
I've had this for a year and a half or so, and it's as good as new.It's not as simple as one-piece units (this one has multiple parts), but since it can hang down from rafters, it has versatile installation options. Also, there are three distinct places to put your hands: far apart, close together, and on the other-direction bars.It's sturdy and comes with large lag bolts that I installed into a bulkhead in my basement. I think I'm going to get another one to install in my tray ceiling in my bedroom.

Correct length of mounting brackets

Sturdy and easy to install
works great I am 165lbs so don't know if someone >200;bs could swing from it like I do with it just connected to a 2x4 rafter crossmember. But for me it's perfect.

Sturdy and straight forward
Looked at a bunch of different pull up bars and this one was simple and sturdy. I’m a big guy 280lbs and use assistance bands, but this thing holds up just fine.
