STRONG. Exactly what I was looking for.
Folded flat on the wall, this looks "nice" in the laundry room. You can use clothespins on it (not small ones, though-- they need to have a decent sized "hole" at the pin end), but we also just hang things over each rung. It was not hard to put together (though the directions aren't clear so I did have to re-do one section of the supporting arm as I'd done it backward). But in the end, this is attractive, very sturdy, and holds a lot of laundry. The only thing I don't like is that I''ll probably whack my head on the edge when it's not at full height. To make sure I don't blind myself standing up from emptying our dryer one of these days, I've attached a small piece of pool noodle to each end piece. Not that cool looking, but at least I know it's safe. If you have a bigger laundry room this probably won't be an issue for you. In taking the photo just now, I noticed the screws are loose in a few places. Hopefully a good tightening will do the trick and they'll stay tight (I thought they were already tight). Anyway, that's something I can deal w/. The space-saving, eco-friendly parts outweigh an occasional loose screw. I recommend this product.

Needed this since my dryer sucks
I have an all in one washer dryer and the unit underperforms when drying. This drying rack helps me have a space saving way to dry clothes. This item is built well and easy to install. I always use my own hardware. No studs where I needed the unit so I used 6 toggle bolts and it is very sturdy.

Good product could be made better with better instructions and design changes
This clothes rack, with a few changes, could be great. As designed and with the lousy instructions given there are too many paths to dissatisfaction. 1. The product should be designed to be screwed into the studs. As delivered, at 30 inches between mounting holes in the frame, one side or the other must be screwed into the wall with drywall anchors. If you hang 60 pounds on the rack, there will be so much force pulling the anchor that I am not sure it would hold. At a minimum, the instructions should give advice for the mounting, including pictures of the drywall anchors. I screwed one side to a stud, and used a butterfly picture hanger at the top of the other side to be more conservative. I suspect that the company does not include 6 screws and drywall anchors because they would not work. 2. I have written step by step instructions which avoid the mistakes I made in hanging the rack. Assemble the rack completely as shown in the present instruction sheet. Make sure all screws are tight. Place the extended rack (90 degrees angle) in position on the wall. Locate a stud if possible to screw at least one side of the rack into a stud. Place the rack on the wall at the right height. ( The wrong height is where you can run into it with your head.) Put it either higher or lower. Mark the position for just one hole on the wall with a pencil through the top hole of the side strap which will go against the stud. Drill just one hole in the wall with the correct size drill to guide the screw you have had to buy to mount the rack. Screw the rack loosely to the wall through that first hole. Swivel the rack and use a level to make the tops of the side straps level. Mark the wall through the top hole of the other side strap, and screw it in so that the rack is hanging from the top two screws. Normally you would just mark all the holes at once, making sure that the top of the rack is level and both side rails are plumb. You would then fail, because the rack as delivered will not work if both side rails are plumb. The shorter tube is just long enough so that there is no clearance for the bottom support to “click” into place. You have to mount the rack so that each side rail is slightly out of plumb and the distance between the side straps is slightly less at the bottom than at the top. I marked everything out first, drilled the holes, mounted the rack perfectly, and it did not work. I put in a temporary fix by pulling out one tube and sawing it off to make a tube about a millimeter longer than the tube shipped. The company should ship the rack with the shorter length tube a millimeter longer than it is now. Another suggestion would be for the straps that hold the tube should be rounded at the corners your head runs into when you mount it at the “wrong” height.

... in the box but all in all not too painful to put together and hang up
Had a few reservations upon receiving this in the box but all in all not too painful to put together and hang up. Felt a little flimsy on the ground but now that it’s up I’m so glad to have it and it works great!!! My husband who is not super handy but has done a few semi complicated drill jobs in the last few years helped attach it to the wall on a stud. That seems the simplest and most secure way since I’ve had issues with wall anchors before. Sooooo much better in our space than folding and unfolding those floor stand drying racks. Or trying to leave one open and the door bumping it all the time and can use the floor space underneath for a rolling hamper. I wouldn’t put a bunch of folded towels on it but can put a pair of leggings on each row plus a small item no problem. For sweaters or nice shirts I may lay across a couple rows at a time.

Buy Quality Drywall Screws
Update: I still love these drying racks! Holding strong, no complaints whatsoever. I'm so glad I bought these. I love these drying racks. I've had them in my cart for years, not willing to pay for 3 racks at a time. I've been using a foldable drying rack that always decided to fold on me as I was done hanging up everything nice and wet, and before that, I had a nylon cord strung across my laundry room in a huge labyrinth. Finally purchased the three racks of my dreams, and as others have stated in their reviews, the drywall screws provided are not sufficient (as is the case with about everything I've ever ordered that came with drywall screws). Purchase quality drywall screws and these drying racks will be completely secure. Some of the poles were not straight, but another easy fix, they can be straightened right up. The racks lay flat to the wall when not in use, and they look much better than my plastic/metal drying rack that was full of disappointment.

Convenient laundry rack but take your time putting together
This is a great rack and works well for our situation. I read other reviews about putting it together but if your somewhat handy and follow the direction without jumping ahead, it goes together perfectly. Be patient because until you have it up secured to the wall, it could seem flimsy but once anchored to the wall it is sturdy and works well. I would buy again if needed another.

The cross bar is to short and does not sit in its holders. I had to take one of the hanging bars off and use it as the cross bar. I also had to drill out the pins on the hinged section as there were burs in the stainless which did not alow the hinge to move freely. I was unable to file it off without doing so. The rack does not ever hang straight as the eyelets are to sloppy for the bar they sit in. Now looking at the other reviews with photos of rust, i really hope mine does not do the same.
