Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G 128GB Blue

Bough a couple of months ago. Very quick delivery. Phone was perfect until the screen stopped working a one week ago. Spoke to the seller. Very easy communication. Returned phone for investigation with free p+p. Had prompt feed back from the company and 'new phone' sent out. Arrived two days later via royal mail. Working perfectly. They also sent back the old case I originally sent it in along with a protective case for it to travel in the post with. Can't thank them enough.

UPDATE (after 7 months use): I am now changing my overall score of this phone from 6.5/10 down to 4/10. The reason for this is after only 7 months of light, and I mean light, causal use the screen has cracked. This WAS NOT due to dropping, misuse or excessive wear and tear in any way at all, I am always careful and look after phones but this is just poor poor poor. My previous phone of a much less know name did not suffer this kind of shoddy workmanship. Samsung should be ashamed to release such poor quality. Will not buy or recommend Samsung again (unfortunately). Nice phone and lots and lots of features. Call quality is clear and loud, the built in speaker is reasonable quality and there are decent call handling options. The screen is quite vibrant and responsive (as you would expect) but isn't anything mind blowing. The FE version does, as correctly mentioned by a previous reviewer, feel a little bit cheap and nasty given the plastic backing and thin and lightweight feel to it but overall it's OK. Camera and video quality are better than average, the video quality in particular is very nice and smooth. Now for the negatives - the finger print sensor is a problem, Samsung have done away with an in-built one and on this phone it's a digital one. It doesn't work particularly well, but really it should on a flagship phone even given this is the fan edition. In addition to this they have decided to put the sensor on the front of the phone instead of on the back so in order to unlock it you have to pick it up with one hand and put your finger on the front with the other hand. My previous phone had the sensor nicely, and correctly, positioned on the rear so you could pick up the phone with one hand and unlock it in the same hand, why oh why did they change this, this is a step back not forward! The torch light on this phone is OK but just seems not quite bright enough, again, my previous, and much cheaper phones torch was very bright indeed, why? If you can live with these issues then it's not a bad phone, does exactly what my previous one did but just at a much higher price. You pay for a name. My score, 6.5 / 10.

Great phone, absolutely loving it so far. Needed a new phone as my old one was on its way out and this one certainly is a fine replacement, it's smooth, fast, battery life is good even when under usage. Only downside is that there's no quick charge, other than that, a near perfect purchase.

Bought this phone for my brother as he liked the look of mine. Tried his sim card several times but it only worked once. Every time I put the sim card in a pop-up appeared "not on Verizon network". Don't know what Verizon is but it's obviously causing a fault with the phone. I am returning to seller hoping to get a full refund not just 80%.

I was a bit weary to order this, as some of the reviews mentioned needing an Indian phone card, but the price was too good to pass up (about €100 cheaper than a tech site, and about €250 cheaper from a phone provider). i can happily say though, i had no issues setting up or using this phone when it arrived. I'm based in Ireland, and i was able to put my sim card in and make/receive calls without issue. All my apps are working (whatsapp, messenger etc etc). I had no dealings with the seller themselves, but I did want to highlight that the phone arrived earlier than stated, so all round a pleasant experience for my first time buying a phone on Amazon!

What a phone. Had an S9 and loved it. This S20 is amazing. Super fast and good battery life. My one concern and its not a critical issue. I'm a cyclist so carrying larger phones becomes an issue. But I found with a bit of re-aranging it fits in the under saddle bag. Just. But yes super impressed and it's mint. Came well packaged and on Saturday instead of Monday. In a genuine sealed Samsung box. The seller messaged me back promptly when I asked questions. Would definitely use the same seller again. Everything transferred from my S9 to the S20. The only issue I had was WhatsApp but thats not down to the phone. So yeah all in all super impressed with the phone, seller and delivery. 😁👍

I damaged my last Samsung S20 FE, so this was a replacement. However, this one has arrived with a European plug. Since I am in the UK this is not much use to me. Fortunately I still have the plug from my previous Samsung.

L'ho preso per sostituire il mio s8 del 2017 sul quale che purtroppo da una settimana ha smesso di andare il sensore gps(tutto il resto ancora ottimo ma senza non me ne faccio nulla). Ho sempre posseduto i samsung galaxy dal S2 poi S3, S4, S6, e poi S8, presi sempre l'anno dopo l'uscita del modello nuovo quindi a ottimi prezzi e sostituendoli ogni 2 anni ad esclusione del S8 Che è rimasto sempre performante quindi l'ho tenuto fino ad oggi. Detto questo, passo a descrivere questo s20fe 5g che per 425 euro è davvero uno smartphone perfetto. Più veloce come è naturale del precedente, bellissimo display, sensore impronte finalmente davanti e con ottima reattività, audio stereo ecc, non sto a descrivere tutto tanto ci sono video e schede tecniche ovunque, io le ho lette e dovendo alla fine scegliere tra s21fe ed s20fe volendo un display più grande di s21( che avevo trovato a 499 euro nuovo). Viste recensioni e chiesto pareri ad amici e alla fine ho optato per questo privilegiando il fatto che ha lo slot per la scheda SD fino a 1 tera mentre s 21 fe solo memoria interna. Che dire soddisfattissimo, ordinato e 2 gg dopo era a casa mia servizio top del venditore "un'ora" di Carpi

Beau portable. Pour l'instant rien à dire. Par contre j'avais posé la question concernant l'emplacement pour une carte SD. Les réponses avaient été pas d'emplacement pour une carte SD. Au final , on peut mettre une carte SD sur la palette du S20 FE. Il y a 1 emplacement pour la carte sim, qui est appelé Sim 1 et si on retourne la palette il y a un 2ème emplacement appelé Sim 2 et là on peut y placer sa carte SD, ça fonctionne très bien. Il faut juste faire attention de bien la positionner pour éviter qu'elle ne tombe dans le portable. Très satisfait de mon achat

En panne en février 2025, carte-mère à remplacer! Le téléphone ne se connecte plus sur le réseau car le mode avion est grisé. Diagnostic de chez Samsung, c'est à cause de l'antenne de la carte-mère.
