Yes, I didn't remove it and wondered why my massager wouldn't stay turned on... I bought 2, one for the occupational therapist - and that one is used several times a day and still runs great. My own works perfectly as well. It's a donut masquerading as as sundae :)

Good product, but it didn't come with its original packaging
The product is working as expected at the moment, but it didn't come in its retail packaging just in a plastic bag, but the item seems to be new with all its tags no signs of apparent use though.

Have revisited review after r months
Works pretty good. I like the fingers, wish they were shorter, A bit hard to use, holding, pushing the on button. All three things at once not easy with button on top,SENOND REVIEW- after a few months collecting dust in drawer. To hard to hold because of location of button
