I wasn't sure this would work. There is such a huge price difference between this cable and the original. I tried it today and it works just fine. I could buy two more of these and still would have spent less than buying one from Trimble.

Works Great with a Trimble TDL450 and an R10 or R8
I needed an extra cable and didn't want to pay the $280 that Trimble is asking. I took a chance on this and I'm glad I did. This cable worked great. A couple points to note: This cable does not feel quite as robust as the Trimble version. I would like it if it came with a more durable housing (how about braided China like all of the phone chargers?) Also, this cable is 6ft long....the Trimble is 12ft long! I wish this were at least 8ft or 10ft long. It's nice to not have to set up the receiver so close to my radio (no I cannot go wireless with this old dog.) Even with it's faults this cable will get you up and running. It worked flawlessly for me for many hours per day, and now stays at the ready as a spare. Give it a try!
