Fabulous piece of kit. Great value for money. Robust and actually quite stylish for what it is. Straight-forward to set up and works like a dream. I use mine inside my home but got it knowing that I can shift it outside, either here, or elsewhere if I ever move house, should the need arise. I have a 5G mobile broadband, plug-and-play internet hub and had no problems whatsoever getting connectivity. (Admittedly, I did research online to check that the 5 GHz hub would support 2.4 GHz before getting it.) I am seriously considering buying another one. The phone App caters for up to four of these puppies! (BTW, the best priced 5G mobile hubs are outstanding! No landline, no ethernet cables, no waiting for engineers. Took less than 5 minutes to get up and running from unpacking the box and inserting the SIM card. An online ping test returned a download speed of 242 mbps!)

Bought this as a cam watch to keep an eye on my dog while not at home which does put my mind at ease, their good quality, the picture is very clear and cheap and simple to install.

The product is excellent, great picture quality, motion detection works fine. However, as other reviewers have noted, the phone app seems to have been made by a distracted 5 year old. The iPhone app at any rate. My particular nemesis was the screen that asks for a device password during setup (not all purchasers seem to get this <shrug>). If you do, gentle reader, do not drive your insane trying to locate aforementioned password on the camera, the (useless) manual or the box it came in. Also ignore the app's advice to first set this password in Settings. Those are filthy lies. Instead go to Me -> Tool -> LAN Live, give the app access to local network if needed, then hit Search on the next screen. If your camera has managed to connect to Wi-Fi, it will show up here and you finally get to set its password yourself. Tears of joy were shed. Then go through the device addition process again and provide the password you just set up. It took me a frustrating hour figuring this out. Hope this helps other lost souls.

This was bought as an upgrade for an existing Yale indoor camera that whilst good, doesnt have the pan+tilt functionality so this product seemed like a good upgrade. Unfortunately I couldnt have been move disappointed. Firstly, as several reviews have said, the installation instructions are abysmal at best, straight up incorrect at worst. The Yale View app seems to struggle reading the QR code on the camera so that takes 10-15 seconds and then the process and instructions ignore the steps to switch to the camera's own wireless access point for connection. At this stage I found I had to repeatedly power off and repeat this step until it finally connected, then the Yale View app prompts to set a new device password that it immediately forgets. Many device restarts later, I was eventually able to get past this point where it was completely unable to find my WiFi. Again, many device restarts and tedious QR code scans later I was finally able to connect the new camera. At this point I moved it to the intended location and tried it out. Firstly, the Pan and Tilt functionality is awful, attempting to move the view just a small amount results in it either not responding at all or turning halfway across the room. To make matter's worse, the device is picture on a shelf and aimed at a room, which matches our intended setup, except you cant angle the camera down because the truely idiotic design means it can't see past its own base leaving the entire bottom field of view blocked. I cannot stress enough, do not waste your time or money on this product.

Handy little cameras, easy to set up for indoor use

Bought two for piece of mind due to a weird family member and rising crime rate in the area. They can be adjusted for sensitivity and although indoor cameras, they can see clearly out the window so I can see who is at the door... And of course how the pets are doing when they are on their own. Set up is NOT easy as the use of pictures and minimal language to sell to most markets resulting in confusion but patience prevailed and although the first one took an hour and a bit to figure out... The second took less than half an hour. Setting up blank zones (so the TV didn't activate motion detection) and all the other bits took another few minutes but oh my word these were a great purchase.

Camera setup is very easy. I bought 2 cameras for living room and 1 for outdoor. My entire home is connected with 5G broadband, all my devices work except these 2 cameras. One in living room is closed to wifi router, still it shows poor signal. Total waster of money and time.

Öncelikle App Store dan “Yale View” uygulamasını indiriyorsunuz, DİKKAT, “Yale Smart Living” uygulamasını değil. Hesap oluşturup uygulamaya girdikten sonra, cihazı fişe takıp, uygulamadan “+” işaretine tıklıyorsunuz. Ardından kutu ya da kablo üzerindeki QR kodu okutup cihazı ekliyorsunuz. Veeee herşey tamam. Daha sonra istediğiniz zaman uygulamayı açıp görüntüyü izleyin. Bazı arkadaşlar hareket sensörü hareket algılayınca bildirim yollamıyor demiş. Buraya dikkat. Kamera size bildirim gönderdiğinde uygulamaya girip bildirimle ilgilenmenizi istiyor. İlgilenmezde, uygulamaya girmezseniz, sonraki algılamalarda bildirim yollamıyor. Defalarca denedim, böyle çalışıyor. Hoparlör, görüntü kalitesi, gece görüşü, led aydınlatma her şey süper. Çok şaşırtıcı bir cihaz. Bir tane daha sipariş verip cam kenarına koyup evde yokken arabamı izleyeceğim :) BONUS : Uygulamaya “aynı kamera olmak şartıyla” 4 kameraya kadar ekleme yapılabiliyor.

En premier lieu, pourquoi vendre en France un produit avec un chargeur avec une prise anglaise? Une fois que j'ai résolu ce problème avec un chargeur tiers (ce qui annule probablement toute garantie), la configuration n'était pas simple. Impossible de faire fonctionner le QR code. On peut à la place entrer le numéro de série manuellement, mais la taille de characters est si petite qu'il faut une loupe pour le lire. Ensuite, il est indiqué que j'ai besoin un mot de passe qui n’ai pas été fourni, ou alternativement un code à huit chiffres disponible sur l'appareil, mais il n'y en avait pas. Après plusieurs réinitialisations et 45 minutes environ de essayage, il s'est soudainement connecté. Après cela, il a été assez simple de finaliser la configuration. Un fois installé, la device semble stable et fiable.
