I looked long and hard for a collapsible Santa - this is the ONLY taller one I could find. He is pricy but decided to give it a shot.First of all, his face is very cheap looking, and not cute at all. I took some time to fix his face, in efforts to make him more attractive. Setting him up was simple. Set him up outside and within ONE HOUR his entire base snapped (keep in mind, on a sunny NOT windy or rainy day). My husband took what remained of his stand and staked him in the ground (now he stands about 5 ft tall, instead of 6).At this price point, I would NOT recommend.

Received today, husband wanted to put away til next year... Boy am I glad I said let’s check to see if it works first, (I actually said this because the box looks smashed and re-taped)The material on the item is torn all over the place there is glue stuck to everything and there’s a clip glued to the hat that will not come off. There is a spot on the shoe that is torn very badly, And the hold down cords are shredded one of them was sticking outside of the box during shipping.

I should have listened to the other reviews. There isn't much out there as far as a taller santa..that are NOT inflatables. So I purchased despite the other reviews. Like everyone elses...he buckled in the wind and broke! First we had to add more stakes to help hold it down because he kept toppling over . Then the pole snapped! Had to reinforce it with some rebar to hold him up. Kind of annoyed! The material is cheaply made , the supports are not strong enough..it was an over all disaster.His face was pleasant looking, but could have been cuter. He is holding a gift in one hand that is in a weird position. We had to bend it a little so it wouldn't be up in his face. His beard kept flopping up into his face when there was even the slightest wind too! Wish I paid the lower price that it is advertised for now..after Christmas. Quality is crap. Don't bother

3 stars because its beautiful with twinkle lights. But the first one broke within 3 days. Pole broke free from bottom stand. Design flaw! Requested a replacement and the same thing is happening. Hopefully theyll take both back without box. Absolutely ridiculous for $100.00

When I put the Santa together it assembled quickly, However the next day the bracket that holds the post in place broke free of the circular base the tiny spot welds did not hold resulting in the Santa laying on the ground. It is definitely a flaw of the design. Unless you are willing to redo the post support structure yourself, don't waste your time and money.

Love this Santa but snapped in to in one week. Not durable enough for the yard. I put him on the front porchto protect him but the wind still snapped the metal pole bracing him.

Really simple to put together great size for the price. Love that I can still see it in the day because I’m comparison to my Halloween inflatables which I only see at night, although I don’t have the lights come on until dusk I can still see Santa standing all day!

I originally ordered santa for outside near my garage. When I started putting him together I realized he would never stand up to the elements in OHIO. I then put him up under a covered porch to accompany another santa I have had for several years. After 2 days and really not that much wind, the frame that held him up broke and he could now not stand. So back he went. They need to make the frame stronger. He was cute..
