Mine was faulty. I returned it and the company made that relatively easy.
Their telephone support was excellent!The packaging was very poor. The device came in three parts only in a thick paper bag All three of the boxes inside were damaged. This would reduce the sell-on value.

Inconsistent charging — simply rubbish and unreliable. Avoid at all costs

Don’t waste your time. Not a supportive company
Waste of time. Very expensive for what it is. Spoken to them regarding faulty item and I am the one who is meant to pay for postage to send it back. Which I find unacceptable.The charger dock makes a noise high pitch frequency and then also flashes red during the night when it fails to charge my phone.
