Studio Ghibli Kokyo Kyokushu

This is a great vinyl release. All the songs are so familiar if you watch any of the Studio Ghibli work... and first time in vinyl format. The art work on the covers are awesome. The collection of the songs are also very nice. It's definitely an album that would spin on my turntable a lot. The vinyl colors are just beautiful, light blue and red. The price on Amazon was very decent. I wish I can get the other two versions the same price...

A quick summary that's not available on the product description:This album was released in three variants, on different colored vinyl and with different cover art (although the other cover arts are on the inside of the gatefold. I received the one pictured so I do not know if it is random or if they are only selling this one.The album itself is amazing, the gatefold artwork is superb. The music is awesome. If you're a fan of classical music, of Studio Ghibli, or Joe Hisaishi, pick up this album. You won't be disappointed.

First time Ghibli music on vinyl...I could not lose it!!! This is a reissue on vinyl of "Czech Philharmonic orchestra plays studio ghibli symphonic collection", an orchestral version of some original soundtracks about: Princess Mononoke, Howl's Moving Castle, Cats Return, Spirited Away and My Neighbors the Yamadas. It's available 3 versions of this vinyl, different cover and differents vinyls color. Probably only Mononoke version with blu and red vinyls it's available.....I bought 2 pieces and I receive 2 Mononoke version...No problem for me...It's ready a gift for a friend!!!!

This Mondo release is fantastic. Stout's artwork throughout is top notch as always and I was pleased to see that regardless of which cover you get, the other covers serve as the inside gatefold images. I believe buying this now through Amazon guarantees you the red/blue Princess Mononoke set which is still great. The colors of the discs are super vibrant and the overall set is perfect.

The music is fantastic and has some variation comparing to the soundtracks which makes it even better.I put only four because the second disc is not in perfect condition for me and it skips once :(

Love the beautiful artwork and LP's that the music came in, but most importantly the Czech Philharmonic sounds incredible! Any Studio Ghibli fan should check out this great recording!
