Love the taste of this Ghee! The Truffle taste really comes through. My only disappointment was the air pocket in the middle of the Ghee which makes it seem like I didn't get a full jar of what I ordered. Will still order again:)

So good on pasta with pesto sauce and on steaks I mean literally use it on anything greay truffle flavor as well.

a bit goes a long way. If refrigurated the product turn as hard as rock, but can eaisly shave of amount you want. do not over heat or the flavor will be in the air. try adding at the end of cooking process. Yummy on Hard bread. Nice.

This is a great product if you want truffle butter flavor. The flavor is very rich

I have this product on Subscribe and Save because it is great! Wonderful flavor and works for many cooking projects. However, shipping is bad - it leaked all over! I probably only get to use about half of the container, since the rest leaked into the bag and made a mess in the box. I will try one more order, but if it leaks again, I will cancel the subscription because it is not worth the money if I only can use part of the product.
