Really like the size and feel of this ball. Most other massage balls are either too hard or spiky. This feels just right.

This is brilliant. It has just a tiny bit of 'give' in it + really helps my dreadful feet (including plantar fasciatis)

My doctor recommended me to use baseball to massage my foot after a fall. These were not practical as they slip when I roll my foot. This ball is literally the best. Because of the materials are made of (assuming rubber), I am able to massage all around my feet without the ball slipping.
