These i think work for me!
I have only been taking these over a short period of time, but i think they work for me. Because they are a higher dose i take them on M/W/F and one day at the weekend! With the Vitamins C/D3/E plus the Zinc i take combined i have had a boost in my overall health so far. But everyone is different and one thing it takes longer to have a effect so be prepared to give it some time.

Tasteless, odourless and easy to swallow
I had never heard of these before but a bit of research told me that they were good for allergies and I seem to be suffering with that for a few days and my husband always suffers from allergies, so I thought we'd give these a try. On further research, it seems that people with salicylate problems (hubby) shouldn't take them but they are also good for high blood pressure (me) so I will be taking them all and not sharing with hubby.You take one a day with food and water, so the tub will last 2 months. I do think that these are a considered purchase, so I've reduced a star for now, but if they work then it's doable. I will update this review in 2 months when I've finished the course. Hopefully my BP will be reduced as I've had so many side-effects from prescription meds for it and nothing seems to get it low enough; receptionist insists I see the nurse for my BP review who always freaks out and says I need to see the doctor, so I end up going twice! It would be great if that didn't happen anymore.Update 4.4.21: I haven't noticed any difference with either my allergies or my BP, sadly.

Good quality product
I take Quercetin 1 or 2 capsule everyday, and it very helpful for my health. These capsules have a big amount of Quercetin, so no need to take too many pills. Highly recommended.
