I've never used zinc, but I hope it will help me with my skin.

So I'm updating my review.After taking for for about 9 months.. Almost daily I got symptoms of toxicity. I did my research and 50mg is way to high for anyone to intake daily.On the bottle there is a warning saying that it's not intended for long term use. I should've read this before.My symptoms of toxicity are headaches, poor appetite, nausea and this also lowered my sex drive by a lot!!However it was amazing for my skin and immune system. I've suffered from acne for about 12 years and nothing has cleared my skin up as this. I don't even get inflamed pimples anymore. Also Not once did I get allergies or sick this year.I recommend taking this every other day for maybe 3 weeks and than stopping for maybe two weeks and starting again.I'll be switching to a zinc supplement with a much lower zinc mg

This dose was a bit high for me so I just empty it halfway. The 50mg makes me angry and short fused. 25 is fine
