HAS A PRE SEASONED LAYERWHICH YOU CAN REMOVE IF YOU WANT TO BY CLEANING IT WITH STEEL WOOLBUT AFTER THAT YOU HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF KADAI AS IRON GETS RUSTED EASILY SO KEEP THE DISH OILED UP ALL TIMES OTHER THAN THAT THE KADAI IS A BIT SMALLER BUT THE SIZE MENTIONED IS APPROPRIATE. SO YOU MAY NEED TO CHECK AS PER YOUR NEED. GOOD FOR BACHELORS /TWO PERSONS.REMEMBER IRON DISHES ARE HEAVY THIS ONE IS AROUND 3.8 KGS AND HEATS UP SLOWLY BUT ONCE HEATS UP THE HEAT REMAINS FOR LONGER PERIOD THAN ANY OTHER DISHES

Smart design.
Nice kadai by 70's kitchen. It is preseasoned as mentioned. Perfect for deep frying. Design is smart with a small flat surface at the bottom which makes the heavy kadai quite stable on the stove as well as on the kitchen counter. This feature is not highlighted in their images. Thanks to the seller and Amazon.

Its not a good product
After 4 times of cooking its showing silver colour and even after seasoning it turns into redish colour. Everytimw its happening. Amd thats too Irritating. So dont go for this brand. Try others.
