The indicator for when it's ready doesn't actually work, so I just have to hope that it's hot enough to use. It takes forever to heat up, too. A lot of my items end up wrinkled. I wish I had spent a bit more money to get a better quality laminator.

They should have either included the plastic sheets or made sure you were aware that it’s not included. Those instructions were not made clear

This easy to use laminator works well. It laminates pictures, documents and anything else that you may need lamination for. It has a quick warm up time of about three minutes. It's made durable and solid. It's compact enough to store away almost anywhere. It can be used at home or at work. This laminator worked well until it didn't. 10 months after I purchased it, it stopped heating up. The roller wheel still worked but not the heater. The return and/or exchange window needs to be extended.

It works well so far. I thought it was going to be bigger, but the size is still functional for me. I wish the ready "light" was clearer. I also wish it had an automatic shut-off after a certain amount of idle time. But it's definitely a good machine for the money. Comes with a one year warranty.

Easy to set up and use. Very professional looking. Happy with purchase.
