I cannot compare this formulation to other comparable products, because this is the first and only Ashwagandha supplement I have ever bought and used, but it is great! It has really reduced my depression, increased my energy levels, helped to correct symptoms caused by hormonal problems, and improved my overall wellbeing. If you have read about it and want to try it, this is a great way to go. Inexpensive, effective, comes in non-stinky gel capsules that are easy to swallow.

Love this product and the price was great. Ashwagandha really helps to cope with everyday stress and Now has vegie caps which is fantastic as I'm vegetarian.This shipping was quick and the items packed really well. Will be using these guys again for sure.

At first I was taking this during the day with other supplements but I found that this promotes restful sleep. I started taking this before bed along with zinc and magnesium and WOW I sleep deeply. I've had other ashwaghanda products in the past and I truly believe this has an effect on me

They really work for me, relaxes me helps with my anxiety and seems like it helps me too sleep better. I only take 2 a day, like once in the morning and then late on the evening.

These are the best pills ever. They personally help me with bloating. "Now" is the only brand that seems to work for me when it comes to Ashwaganda. This was a great deal too. I was not compensated for this review. :(
