I kept seeing health and fitness people recommending creatine referencing both physical and mental benefits so I had to try this and felt like I got good enough results to post a review and purchase another bag! I felt I had gained way more energy after taking this daily for a week. Recovery for strength training felt quicker. The quality was great on my first bag however I accidentally scooped with a wet hand near the end the powder turned slightly grittier with the moisture. So lesson learned, keep the bag dry, I make sure my hands are dry before scooping and actually keep the branded bag in a zip lock bag now to avoid any other moisture inside. Would recommend!

So far I can say this Creatine is working. It has no flavor but if you let it sit too long in your glass or tumbler it will have a chalky taste. I feel like it contains a lot of product for what I paid for so I find it is fairly priced. There’s no weird texture to it because it dissolves easily and you can mix it with your drink of choice. I can’t say much about the effectiveness since I’ve only been drinking it for a little less than a month.

I bought this creatine brand based on research online and confirmed from the rave reviews on Amazon. This was the 2nd time I bought it so I was expecting the same product - how difficult would it be to deliver quality creatine with so many different brands on the market? Upon ripping the top off to open the bag, there was creatine everywhere. Clearly a defect in the manufacturer process filling the bag where there was powder between the top-most part of the bag that was sealed and the re-sealable part. As soon as I opened the bag there was a nasty almost rotten-fish like smell that came out of it. Creatine is pretty much odorless and tasteless, it should NOT smell anything close to fish. Not sure what happened with this bag - but my assumption is it was never sealed property because there was powder caught between the edges where it was supposed to seal, and probably some humidity/heat created ripe grounds for bacteria and/or mold to fester. I raised this to Amazon and they quickly refunded me without having to return the product. I got in touch with the company on Instagram thinking I am doing the right thing by informing them they clearly have had a quality issue. Instead of taking any details or asking for more information they told me to take it up with Amazon since I bought it from there. If that's your response when a consumer makes the effort to alert you and tell you they bought your product and it smelled like rotten fish, it's very telling about how much you care about the quality of what people are buying. I would never buy this brand or recommend anyone buys it again - there are several other brands out there to choose from.

Does everything you want and expect from creatine supplement. Without taste, this powder dissolves OK in water (or any other drink, I like to put some into my coffee!). Just don't let it sit too long, as it will flow slowly to the ground of your cup and you have to stir again. You get a scoop and can take your individual amount - it is recommended not to take more than 5g per day. Taking any more than that amount is probably not too dangerous (if not totally exceeding the amounts recommended), but it won't give you an additional effect, you basically waste your creatine. In the fitness world, it is common knowledge that initially 20 grams per day of creatine, taken for five days, successfully raises muscle creatine content by 30-45 percent. Afterwards you would keep the amount to c.5 grams daily. So, build up your creatine levels and then maintain. Hope this helps!
