This is the tool you want. It is precise. It is accurate. And it is balanced and easy to use. I wanted this tool to retrieve my pizza dough from the fermentation box and get only one at a time. These tools are the ones to have for this specific purpose. I've used it already when kneading dough on the countertop. This tool cleans up the countertop very nicely and it is very sturdy and well made. I almost bought a plastic one thinking cheap would be better. But now that I have this one, I am very glad. It is the perfect size and easy to use. I recommend it to anyone who is making pizza dough and putting the dough balls into a proofing box and letting the dough ferment overnight in the refrigerator. Plus, you'll look like a pro -- which might be of interest to you as well.

I've been using this scraper for a while now, on a Blackstone grill. Works great! it has a beveled edge that is fairly sharp, yet it doesn't dull with normal grill use. I keep it right next to the grill and continually use it to scrape grease into the grease bin as the cooking continues. After cooling, it works well for scraping the grill prior to the next use. The wooden handle seems well made and solid. Can't beat it for the money.

This little thing can handle hell's wraith. Using it as an old cement/glue scraper, using a hammer to chisel this gunk off the cement and oh boy im happy I didn't get some cheap plastic junk.

I love using the scraper. It is not flimsy anyway. It has a professional feel. I use it to scrape the bottom of my cast-iron stove top pan. The only thing I would change if I was to build it, myself would be to slightly round the outer two corners. That would enable me to get into the edges of my pan better. It’s high-quality And usefulness is what gives it its five star rating.

Holding up nicely. Stiff blade, great for the grill. I abuse this thing. I know it will snap some day. (Me too scraper... me too....) For $7... I won't complain. Got my money's worth thus far.

Extremely comfortable! High quality construction, with a sharp enough blade to help cut parchment paper, etc. Easy to use, and hard to let go of. This will become your favorite cooking utensil!!!

My second purchase of this scraper for my second blackstone griddle. It does a great job removing stick on food and sweeping steam water off the griddle when cleaning. Great quality and value for the money! I have recommended it to other Blackstone users.

These work great for what I use them for at home but they are abit thinner than I expected and not as weighted as I would personally like

Good quality steel and shape/size, cheap rivets used on handle, is coming apart after 3 BBQs with light use.
