Sure it's like a huge scarf
Sure it's like a huge scarf, or like a fleece blankie, or like a cape, etc. It's 20bucks, it's not high fashion lol. It's very soft, nice color. It's very linty on arrival so grab your lint brush and be careful what you try to pull off. It was warm in 50degree weather. I'm 5'2" and I get many compliments on it. I would purchase a 2nd one in another color.

Buyer beware- cheap and LARGE
I am 5'1" and an overall petite woman. This is literally just a cheap blanket that swallows me whole. I am beyond disappointed.

Great Blanket Shawl at a Great Price.
This is my second one. I LOVE these blanket shawls. They are warm and cozy and versatile. Easy to dress up a shirt and slacks. Great to throw on if you have to run a few errands and don't want to look like you just got out of bed, or left the gym. Easy to wear open in the front, or throw one end over your shoulder for a wrapped look. Such a great price and very well-constructed. You won't be disappointed.

Huge huge huge
It’s like a very thick jumbo tent and I’m 5’9. If you notice, there is no model pictured wearing this. There’s a reason for this. Now, if you want it to use in the house as a blanket to wrap around you while watching tv, that could work.

Blanket or poncho...difference?
Well, I don't know what I was expecting, but someone must be really good with Photoshop for the promo photos. Another reviewer said, "a big blanket with a slit," and she's right. I plan on bringing mine to my office as it is often cold and can keep the chill off, but as far as wearing it out as part of an outfit....no. It quite literally looks like a lightweight blanket with a v-notch cut out.

Big blanket with a slit. Good for bonfires and panhandling.
It’s like a gigantic blanket with a slit. I cannot wear this in public and be taken seriously. It would be good for sitting around a bonfire or standing on a street corner? There’s also a few random strings sticking off from the stitching. I think the stitches would unravel with washing.

Very cheap thin fleece material
You know those really thin, cheap, fleece blankets you get for $2 at Walmart on Black Friday? This is the same material, its just more loosely woven and it sheds. The stitching around the outside of the poncho resembles very cheap fleece blanket stitching, I can't imagine it holding up for long. This might be fine to wrap around yourself at a football game for light warmth, but this isn't the poncho to buy if you're looking for a quality, fashionable article of clothing. I'm so disappointed. Returning it.

LOVE THIS! it seems thin and not warm to look at, but looks are deceiving!!
**updated 1-11-19**Love this even more than I did a year ago. It is so versatile. I work in an area that varies in temp from 60 to 74. Frequently adding layers and removing. I have my winter coat on when the wrap is not enough, and then will fold it up and lay it on my lap. Its amazing. When I wear it it is long enough that it comes over my shoulders and can drape over my knees, keeping my lap warm too. Nothing negative to say about this at all. Love it!**************when I got this, I was not thrilled initially, because it felt so thin. however, after I washed and dried it, it seemed to fluff up a bit, and goodness, is it warm! it's deceiving! I recently started a new job, and the cube where I work is directly under a overactive a/c vent - blowing massive icy air on me during the day. I have been wearing a sweater, a heavy fall jacket, and a light jacket - many times all at once, to make it tolerable. I ordered this, and was able to wear just one jacket and this, before it got TOO warm - and I ended up being able to take it off. today was the first day in 2 weeks I felt warm enough to not need at least one jacket during the day (This helped bring up my core temp enough that I was ok after wearing it for a short time, instead of trying to bring up the temp all day long). Highly recommend!

Not worth the price
Cut a rectangular piece of cloth, add a slit and you have what you see here - a tablecloth you can throw over your shoulders. It will also fit as well. Hard to drape and even when made to, all the folds, patterns, and colour gradations within the folds aren't seen(although one can see it from the listing) and won't be seen because it's not on a hanger. When it's on an actual person, it doesn't drape, it hangs like a tablecloth. Definitely not worth it at any price.

It's massive!
This is way bigger than I was expecting (size 6 - 5"4). I had bought it to wear at work in the chilly ac but this is more of a blanket than a cape/shawl. The material is nice for the price, a faux wool and it's completely reversable as long as you remove the tag. I'll be using it to sit outside on chilly days or around the campfire.

Attractive but pretty light-weight
A little bit thin but reasonable quality for the price. I'm 5"4 and the longest parts of this shawl hit me mid thigh. I like the look and find the pattern attractive. Overall, I'm happy with this as something to wear on days where I would normally only wear a sweater although not suitable for colder, windy days. It is a bit of a lint attractor but so are almost every scarf I own...

Beautiful cape!
Beautiful cape!! Loved it from the moment I opened the package. Lightweight but warm. Nice finishing on the edge. Long enough to cover thighs and backside...which is great with the winter winds here. Love that it is reversible....two looks in one!! Would totally purchase this item again.

Ok
It is pretty and looks attractive on but is made of cheap looking fabric that coming out of the bag looks worn and balling on its surface. It does not look like a high end product. But that said the fabric feels soft and would be nice worn on a cool evening. I just would not recommend it for any thing other than extremely casual wear.
