Vivitar Terrain Series Tv2060 20x60x60 Spotting Scope (Black)

I needed a spotting scope for occasional, recreational use, and this fit the bill. For the price, it works well. As others have noted, the tripod that comes with the scope is on the cheap side, but if you don't have a better tripod already, you can make it work fine. For occasional, casual use, I think this scope is a good option over a more expensive one.

Very impressive scope for the money. Clear and crisp at all magnifications. Easy to focus. As any high magnification optical instrument, it needs a good solid base or tripod. The provided tripod is adequate and should work well off a shooting bench. Other applications may require a more sophisticated mount.

It is good for the money. The tripod is mediocre, at best, the unit wobbles too much when barely bumping a bench or table. I wish it had a rubber cup for the eye. It's OK.

for the price i got it for i stole it this is a awesome scope , i say if u see this scope at the $32.95 price tag get a few of em i recommend this scope if u like the outdoors

Use for spotting scope, can see targets well, easy to focus and change magnification. would recommend to a friend.

The optics is OK for the price, Can see bullet hits at 300 yards OK.But the tripod is flimsy.
