super easy to use. Backed up all iphone pics, videos & contacts in about 5 minutes. (It asks if this is what you want to do before performing the action.) I had 5K+photos. Would not do a 4GB video and I got message this would be resolved with future software fix. So if you have big videos make sure this will work for you. GREAT for me. I also transferred those backups to my mac and a backup harddrive.

Worked Well
The product worked as it should. It was easy to set up. The flash card didn't hold as much as I hoped but the device was compatible with other memory sticks. So overall it was very good

Use a different seller that will ship properly.
I know I will like this as I have bought one before, but I was very disappointed in how this product arrived. It was in a thin plastic bag and FedEx left it on the ground on our driveway out in the elements just waiting to be run over. We were out of town for a few days which should have been fine IF the shipper would have laid the bag under the porch - as we have a sign and usually get our deliveries in that spot. I know the seller isn't totally responsible for that, but this is an expensive item to be just stuck in a thin bag with no protection (especially when they use a shipper that just throws it on the ground in the driveway/FedEx). I have received toothpaste packed with more care than this product. Again, the product is good, but buy from a seller that will ship UPS and package it protectively to ensure it arrives in good shape. 5 stars for the PRODUCT. 1 star for the Seller.

Doesn't do the job that I needed of a first time mom with lots of photos.

You have to download the app, but downloading the pictures is pretty straight forward.
