I popped open the bag and pulled out the strap and instructions. Placed the wider padded area on my lower chin and found that my ears could not fit comfortably in the ear holes, so I covered my ears with the strap. The velcro attached partially to the strap and partially to my ponytailed hair. The strap is very snug and was pressing on my throat, making it very uncomfortable for me to wear. I do not recommend for full faced people. The straps seem to be well constructed of a nice neoprene fabric. Perfect for a firm hold, but just not comfortable for me. Seems to be helpful over time. I feel a little lift, but still very uncomfortable for me with my full face.

This product is easy to use. I purchased it to try using it as a CPAP chin strap to help keep my jaw closed while sleeping. The velcro is heavy duty and works great. However, it can trap your hair and pull it from your scalp. It works at keeping the jaw closed. But, comfortability is just not there. The chin part is too wide putting too much pressure against my throat. I also wake up with my ears hurting due to the material being too close to my ears. It feels like the strap is folding my ears while I am sleeping. I even tried cutting the strap to adjust the fit. It worked for the chin, but still problematic for my ears. I don't hate this product, I just wished it would have worked for me.

simple and easy to use however it is very uncomfortable and makes it hard to breathe right. The ear holes are also up too high so it pinches your ears. I had to cut the ear holes a little bit so they wouldn't pinch. I'm not sure how well this product works as it was intended. I didn't see any changes.

Only been using it for a few days so i don’t know if it will really work. so far the strap is easy to put on but pretty tight on me. when i put it on, i feel like my face becomes more bloated. i will wear it more and hopefully i can see some result

The Slimming Strap is soft to touch and very comfortable to wear. It says that you should wear it 30-60 minutes DAILY to start the process of slimming.I wore the slimming strap for 30 minutes and couldn’t wear it much longer than that. It is adjustable so you can secure the strap as tight or as loose to fit it comfortably around your chin.

It did what it's supposed to do.

Great product and good quality. The only reason I gave it 4 is cause it is to bulky for me

the holes do not match with the ears area, and it hurt when you have been use for a while.
