Works Well and Is Easy to Apply and Immediate Results.
The kitchen at work had bold, non-stop, revolting roaches all the time, and the pest control guy says he sprayed, but they keep coming back. Until another teacher suggested trying this, we couldn't get rid of them. I put this all around the kitchen and the two refrigerators, and I haven't seen a live roach since. Teacher D said that this worked great at his house. It dried quickly, it has a plunger to keep your hands away from it, *you can wear plastic gloves, it seems to be a cheaper option and good value, no odor or smell, quick dots so easy to apply, and safe as long as you follow directions and putit away from food or pets.

I purchased the Maxforce FC Magnum roach gel bait after trying other products with limited results, and this one actually worked. The gel is easy to apply using the tube, and I was able to place small amounts in areas where roaches were most active. Within a short time, I noticed a clear reduction in activity. Over the next few days, the problem continued to improve, and it made a noticeable difference compared to sprays or traps I’ve used before. The gel stays in place and doesn’t have a strong smell, which I appreciate. Having two tubes is also convenient, since one goes a long way and you still have extra for future use. Overall, this is a very effective roach control product that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Easy to use, reliable results, and well worth it. I would definitely buy it again if needed.

This is the pro stuff. It rids you of roaches quick. Just be careful with this product. It is only available to licensed pros in many states and it is potent. Handle carefully.

Good for short term
Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is a good short-term solution. The number of roaches visibly reduced; however, once it dries out, it's no longer effective, and you have to remove and reapply. This is one of those products that should be used in conjunction with a more long term solution.
