Rain Shower System Polished Chrome GAPPO Wall Mounted High Pressure Rainfall Shower Faucet and Head Combo Set with Handheld Rough in Pressure Balance Valve Included

I love the look of it, but I will say that there are a couple design flaws. Maybe we installed it incorrectly (even though the directions didn’t specify), but the knob that you turn to go between the rain shower and the handheld is backwards. We tried everything, and I have no idea what we did. The rain shower head also leaks a little as it comes, but if you add more plumbers tape, it does help.

The media could not be loaded.  I love the look of this piece, bought it early in Feb and had it installed in April. The hand held chord is now dripping rust onto my brand new floor tile. I am furious! I dont even know how to contact this seller!

We were redoing our guest bath and wanted really high-end finishes. I had gotten another [nice, name brand] shower set, and while waiting for back-ordered items [on just about everything] we took it out of the box and, well, it just felt cheap. We returned it and ordered this one based on others' opinions. The tactile feel of how everything operates with each component is beautiful. The finishes are lovely as well. Most of all, it performs better than we expected and it is the crowning jewel in our 'now, finally completed' bathroom!

Beautiful quality product! Only downfall is most plates are around 7” in diameter, but this is a smaller plate. If you cut your tile just slightly over the box dimensions, you will have a gap. We’re planning on making a border behind the plate to fix the gap issue, but other than that with the install it’s a fantastic upgrade!

The style and finish is nice but the faucet is already leaking. I was able to remove the internal water mixer/diverted behind the lever and inspect for damage. The plastics piece appears fine but leaks profusely when both on and off. I wish I could just replace this piece but no luck so far.

I actually didn’t use it because we changed our finish but I have to say that it was beautifully packaged and my contractor was so impressed with It. He’d asked me to use a “reputable” manufacturer, after seeing this shower system he was open to be returning for a different finish ;).

I love this shower head and wand! It feels like you’re under rain water but better. The size of the shower head is big and the water comes out beautifully.My showers have not been this great until I got this shower head. The water pressure is great as well

The painted black is peeling off only days after the both were installed.
