Mine had one branch of leaves and after a month the leaves all fell off. It’s now a stick. Very disappointed.

Do you need to re- pot into larger pot

the pot the lime tree comes in is a reasonable size for it to be and get started, it would be better to repot to a larger pot as the tree grows to allow space for the growth. the bigger the tree grows, the bigger the pot needed to allow space to grow

How tall is the tree, from when the trunk enters the soil? And is the any fruit currently on the tree? Thanks

It probably depends on what they send and, when they send it. I bought mine in Spring, it was 1 - 2 feet high with leaves on, it wouldn't have fruit on at that time of year, not sure how tall they need to be to bear fruit, waiting to see
