I usually make cakes and cupcakes from scratch but we have a number of people in our family who have allergies and are also vegan so I started using this mix for my grandsons birthday cake/cupcakes several. He is allergy free but he always asks for the cupcakes I make so I have continued to make them. The mix is easy and everyone raves about them. I am always a little embarrassed when someone asks me for the recipe and I have to tell them its a mix.
