Overall, the clock is excellent, it arrived quickly and securely packaged, and has already become a conversation piece in my office. The clock is powered via a USB cable, and a wall adapter was included. The clock does not have any hardwired controls; all the settings are controlled by the included remote. The remote does require two AAA batteries (not included). The controls are not very intuitive, but luckily the included instruction sheet is very clear and thorough.The clock has a ton of settings, supports 12 and 24 hour time, countdowns (Days, Hours, Minutes, Seconds) and count ups, as well as alarm and calendar settings. You can also adjust the brightness of the clock, which is great, since its highest setting is blindingly bright, which I imagine would be useful for some applications, but was a little more than my office needed. I saw some reviews about it losing time; I 've had it running for a week and haven't experienced any issues.The only cons I can see are the AAA batteries not being included, and some of the construction is not 100% polished (there are a few slightly rough edges on the acrylic panels that connect the numbers, and from the back you can see through to the clocks PCB board).Overall, while it's not entirely perfect, it is an impressive display piece, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The problem of the blinking dots in the middle appears to be fixed on this one- you can turn them on or just make them solid. The remote didnt exactly line up with the instructions, but not too difficult to use nonetheless. At brightest setting, it is very bright and will illuminate a small room. The dimmer settings however are better and make it much easier to live with in your apartment. You can even turn the display off at night and turn it on in the morning, and the time is still current. Not only great looking, but a lot of features other wall clocks just don't have. I love this clock.

This wall clock looks really cool. It looks like just a simple clock but it has a surprisingly amount of numerous features. Yes, this does have a countdown timer and a regular timer. The temperature sensor is pretty accurate as well. This thing can get REALLY bright. On the highest setting, it is actually brighter than the light coming in from outside through the window. This is perfect for anyone who has difficulty seeing longer distances. It's not too big but it is big enough that you can read it across rooms. Now, since this clock is so bright (even on the lowest dim level), this wouldn't be a good clock to use in the bedroom. I can't sleep if there is a bright light in the bedroom that's on. If you are sensitive to bright light and you are planning on using this in the bedroom, I wouldn't recommend this. Otherwise, this clock can serve as a bright night light. It is pure white light, not warm light (yellow.) Overall, this is a really cool clock. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is because of the price. $85 for a simple wall clock?! This is probably a knockoff built with cheap materials. I don't think this thing would survive a long drop down from high up after a few times, so make sure you mount it properly. There is another wall clock that's for sale on Amazon and it looks exactly the same and it just as expensive too. This clock is probably worth $30 bucks max, and even I think that is still too high. One more thing, I read other reviews posted here mentioning the wall plug being a low quality adapter. It does look like a cheap generic adapter. I didn't wanna risk a fire starting so I used a spare standard 5 watt adapter that came with my iPhone. It works perfectly. The wall adapter that comes with this clock outputs 2 mAmp but a adapter that can output just 1 mAmp will work also.

I just love how modern this clock looks on my wall, definitely a talking point for friends and family that see it.This clock has a TON of features that I'll probably never use. One which could be fun is using it as a count down timer for game night.It thankfully had an option to change the brightness however it resets to the brightest setting when you power it off and back on again. I do wish it could darken it a bit more for night time tv watching as it's a tad distracting. As someone else pointed out, the blinking colon for seconds can't be turned off, but with some black electrical tape you can fix that!I do worry about loosing the manual and the remote control is necessary to set the time and perform other features. So I'll do all the rest of you a favor and attach a photo of the manual so you can get a copy of it when you loose the physical manual.

Was looking for a digital clock that I can read in the middle of the night without my glasses. This is a great clock. I think it is a bit expensive as I use just one feature, the time. It has many other features that I don't use or need. The lowest brightness is not enough, it was still bright for us. So I covered it with 8X11 printer paper and it filtered it just about right.

I love the clock! It is even bigger than I expected. As others have stated, it is BRIGHT, even on the lowest setting. It seems a little flimsy, but after it is mounted, that is not a concern. I used the included remote to program my universal remote to control the clock. No need to have another remote on the table. It is great to be able to set the clock using a remote instead of having to go to the clock and push buttons on the back of it. If I had the choice, I would prefer the colon to be on longer when it flashes. It has a short flash, and then seems off for too long.

Long term update.... this clock is awesome. So many people comment on how bright and clear it is. I don’t use many of the function s like alarm and timer, but it’s pretty cool it has it. Actually, the clock is larger than I expected and that was a welcome surprise. Great product, thanks!

Ideal product, despite the cost. It even dims in the evening in low light, great!
