Tatio Liquid Salt 100% Natural, Sodium Free, Salt Substitute. Bottle Spray, Alternative for a Healthy Diet.This product taste very similar to salt but with a note of bitter but not that noticeable. I used this in my chili recipe & served it to my family & friends. They couldn't tell there wasn't real salt in it. A few drops of the liquid goes a long way so test this before dumping a lot of it in food. Overall this salt substitute delivers what it promises and is well worth trying. I give it 5 stars.

I like the saltiness, but I'm realizing I really don't like the spray bottle format. I'm just not sure how to use it and it keeps getting solids floating in the liquid which makes me think it's not stable. (I can shake it up and get it to mix some but never fully.) I can't use this format to season easily or and I'm not sure how often I'd like this in liquid form. If I keep this around, I also need a solid form for normal salt use. I like other salt substitutes I've used that are more like salt in the format. It is salty, so I don't want to knock it too much because I don't like the format when it is what it says it is.

I'm one of those folks that needs to cut back on my salt consumption. I've tried so many brands and styles that I'm almost an amateur expert on taste and delivery. This Tatio has a bit of a bitter taste but it's much better than so many of its competitors. The liquid spray delivery is wonderful. I didn't know this existed. I love popcorn but it just doesn't taste right without salt. A few spritzes of this liquid salt makes it delicious again. I've been leaving the salt out of my salad dressings and then finish the salad with a light spray of Tatio. This is very handy to have in your pantry.

Not 100% what this is used for, but I decided to test it on some pork butt. Threw this in with my brine/ marinade mixture instead of salt. Salt substitutes can be a healthy alternative for some people because potassium is an important mineral that helps lower blood pressure. We use all kinds of seasonings and options to give flavor to our food, but we needed a little bit of salt taste sometimes and this one is really fitting the bill. I think we can make it now on low / no sodium from now on thanks to this seasoning.

It does have a little bit of that bitter taste that most salt substitutes have. But if you use it on actual food, you won’t be able to taste too much of it. This product has less weird metallic after taste that other salt substitutes have. The spray is a little weird. I guess you can spritz it to your liking as you eat something? It’s definitely useable, but I don’t know if the spray makes it a better delivery system.

Interesting concept. I wasn’t sure what to expect but after taste testing this “salt”. I could see myself switching over to this instead of using my regular table salt. It taste just like salt and will help cut down on my sodium intake. Great for spraying on chicken.
