Great curry. Hard to find locally.
One of my favourite curries, and cannot find locally. I've used it for decades. Especially good for Gobi Matar, a kind of curried, steamed cauliflower dish. Also great in many variety of uses. With a tin of this & a bottle of Morton & Basset curry powder, that's all the curries I need.

best curry powder. I use it in curried dishes with chicken or fruit. Its great in creamed spinage also scrambeled eggs .

I've been using this curry powder for years and can't imagine cooking without it! My mother used it to make an excellent version of Julia Child's creamy curried Thanksgiving leftovers soup, but it's great for any West Indian curry dishes and adds a wonderful depth of flavor to any stew or soup.
