I feel like the content is quite good. As usual, Perron brings us an interesting study of the horror genre.The book quality is good but I have to say that the book cover is a bit meh.

A good read for any fan of the series, giving some good critical insight into the first three games, but mostly consists of a general overview of the motifs, themes, and horror techniques. However, it's in need of some editing, and I believe I've even spotted an informational error or two.

Simply the best study of the video game series 'Silent Hill' and the genre of survival horror there is, I would give it ten stars if I could.
