I was skeptical that this product would do anything, let alone live up to its hype. It was suggested that since I have celiacs disease, that I was more than likely glutathione depleted. Since I was deficient just about with every other vitamin and mineral, chances were good that I was in glutathione as well. I figured an oral spray was the way to go as I don't particularly absorb anything well through my stomach or intestines despite being gluten free for two years now. This was the only formula I found that didn't have anything that I was allergic too in it. As an added bonus, it doesn't taste bad either.I've been plagued with illness after illness and constant bouts of sinus infections/bronchitis. I've also been in constant pain from an old injury that I aggravated last year (migraines, muscle spasms, joint pain, hip pain, back/neck pain, poor sleep). This last year has been especially bad. The day I received this, I was sick (achy, feverish, fatigue). After just two of the advanced doses, I was already feeling MUCH better. Within hours most of my body aches had improved. I SLEPT all the way through the night.Day two. I didn't need to take a nap. I tried, but only dosed lightly for about 20 minutes and got up before my alarm went off. Today I feel just fine.On to the weird...I've had this horrible forehead wrinkle and those nasty little frown lines in between my eyes getting more and more obvious in the past few years (okay, they we never that bad, but I've never known a woman who didn't hate those little lines). Really, I have pretty great skin, so I was surprised when I noticed that my forehead wrinkle, frown lines, and poofy eyes are practically completely gone overnight. Seriously, it looks like I had a super facial, chemical peel, botox or something. It is a really noticeable difference. I'm completely perplexed by this and at the same time, over the moon about it. For me, this product also seems to act as a bit of an appetite suppressant.

I have tried so many sublingual and liquid supplements that did not really noticeably improve the way I felt. I have a malabsorption disorder and those are the only two ways that are ever effective. I LOVE this stuff!! It takes about 3-4 weeks to really kick in, but when it does, you know it. It does not make me jittery or hyper, but a gentile get-up-and-go that just makes you feel like to want to do something. There is no heart-racing or ear-ringing like I have experienced with other similar products. I sleep better, at the appropriate times, rarely take any naps, and my skin, which was a dry, red, scaly nightmare, is almost normal. I finally just started spraying it directly on my face and legs where it was bothering me the most and the improvement is remarkable. My cravings, and mindless "grazing" have all but ceased, and general appetite is reduced, getting full faster also. All in all I am very satisfied with this purchase and will order again. During the last few years, blogs and vendors advertise or describe the benefits of supplemented glutathione, especially as one matures. Problem: absorption of even reduced glutatione really does happen primarily orally. This is the best of several types of glutathione products I have used because it's absorbed and I find it's easier and faster than waiting for sublingual glutathione to be absorbed. I'm REALLY happy with this product so far. It's incredibly easy and convenient to take and the taste is very mild (it barely tastes like anything), with a hint of peppermint. I've taken sublingual glutathione tablets before and always noticed an energy burst while/shortly after taking some, but I don't get that with this, or at least not right away. I have noticed seemingly unexplained bursts of energy throughout my day since taking this, but there's no way to be certain what caused them. I've also noticed that a couple hours after I take this I get pretty itchy, which is I think is due to detoxification, but again, it's all really speculation. I've only been taking this for a couple days, so I will update my review if I notice anything else in the future.And to anyone who has left/is going to leave a negative review due to not noticing any changes in their health, it would be helpful if you could specify if this is the only glutathione supplement you've taken, or if you've tried others that did or didn't work for you, because that is really key. For some people glutathione may be of little to no benefit, but for others it can make a HUGE difference. Yes, glutathione is pretty expensive (regardless of who you buy from), but in my opinion anyone who has chronic health issues should at least TRY it. I've spent an almost ungodly amount of money on supplements over the years, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. I've learned a lot and found supplements that have helped me to feel better along the way and, more importantly, I may have finally found what my body actually needs to get better. Yes, there's no substitute for a healthy diet and lifestyle, but there's also no shame in exploring supplements to expedite the process. Who knows, in some situations it may even be necessary when a person's health is just too far gone.

The product seems good, but I gave it only 3 stars because it took over 3 weeks to get it to me.
