Great flavors, easy to cook with, plus some tips and recipes on the package. My budget is super tight these days, so I look to these two ingredients as my essential healthy protein sources and pantry staples.

I buy a lot of Anthony's brands. I am vegan & nurtional yeast is a staple for me. I like the nutty/cheesy flavor of this brand. It works very well in cooking recipes & when I sprinkle it on popcorn or whatever else I'm eating. I use it a lot & have never been disappointed.

I primarily use vital wheat gluten for seitan and making bread. The combo of vital wheat gluten and nutritional yeast is especially useful for seitan since the nutritional yeast can be used to add an umami or cheesy flavor depending on how much you use. It's also a great deal compared to buying each item separately.

A solid purchase, you get a good amount for the price. I would have given 5 stars but I found this to be a little more salty than the nutritional yeast I normally buy.

I find some brands add a bad taste to whatever I’m making. This is the only brand I’ve found to just add a tolerable flavor which is not too salty.
