StrengthTape Kinesiology Tape, 35M K Tape Roll, Premium Sports Tape Provides Support and Stability to The Target Area, Royal Blue

We've been using Strength Tape for years, first in the 10" ($12), then when the 5 meter rolls($12). Now we find 35 meters for $18! Only in blue, but who cares! Strength Tape is the best "K" Tape we've found; good adhesion, great stretch, stays on well.

My ankle & foot have been constantly hurting for 13 years since I sprained my right ankle. So far it’s strong and withstands a bit of water and soap as I used it on my hand to test. I didn’t adhere it very well to. My hand but still survived 4 vigorous hand washings and dried quickly too. I bought KT Tape (a small roll as it’s expensive) there’s no difference except the KT Tape hurt my skin a bit more during removal and feels thicker. Will buy much more!

Very strong and lasts a 3-5 days for my intense trading days. Soles of the feet only lasts a couple days for arch or plantar fasciitis pain though if you shower daily. Only remove in the shower unless you're completely hairless where you apply or don't mind the possibility of ripping your skin off. One thing I dislike though is the edges seem to fray. Other than that I love this product for pain relief and support.

The tape is relatively thin and weak comparing with other tapes I used. It’s not easy to apply on skin for some patterns. I use tapes often on my patients and athletes. It’s still working. Price is better than most other kinesiology tapes. It’s good for people with thin skin.

I swear by this tape and buy it by the 115' rolls as I use it to protect my joints from head to toe. Age and gravity has taken over, along with many surgeries to fix the damage done by extreme overuse and damage of these joints. At present it is supporting one shoulder that was dislocated less than two weeks ago. For those folks who have a problem with the tape not sticking to the skin, perhaps a strip of Hypafix tape over the ends of the tape and onto the skin will help. It does work for me. I would recommend reading instructions for Kenesio Taping Techniques on the internet for anyone not familiar with the practice. It is amazing what this tape can do in many areas when properly applied.

After wasting money on other brands of KT tape that lasted only a day, this product adheres for up to five days. Sure, it may be a little more expensive, but it saves money in the long run because it doesn't need replacing as often as cheaper versions.

This is a good product for wrapping a bad knee. I have also used it to wrap foot for stress fracture. Recommend!

I use k tape at work all the time. When I was diagnosed with a tear to my TFCC and scapholunate ligaments, I bought myself a roll of this stiff to have at home. The stretch is great but the adhesion leaves much to be desired. The moment it touches water or clothing, the edges start to peel. This would be fine on areas that aren't going to come in contact with moisture or friction from other material or body parts.

The adhesive of this tape is the worst I have experienced over the 15 or so years I've been buying Kinesiology tape. Do yourself a favour and buy a mainstream brand.
