Hi, They are Forever stamps, current 1st class rate up to 1 oz letter valued at 0.55 cents each. Happy Holidays Van_Pelt

Q: Why are there 8, .32 cent stamps and 1 24 cent stamp on the outside of the envelope? Half of them don’t have a postmark. Can I reuse these?

If it is a letter sent through a post office. None of the stamps on it can be reused.

Q: Why can't Christian Christmas stamps be printed?
