Please take your time. I mean take out time in your work day!!
It is easy to change the chords. My arms are not long enough to reach behind to change the chords, but it takes about 20 seconds to get up and do it. Easy peezy!! I love this!! I have not used the lower body exercises yet, so I will need to update later.

USPS screwed the pooch
My product was marked as delivered on 4/15, after some hurt feelings and accusations the USPS delivered the product on 4/20 with a note that it was found on truck. I haven’t used the product yet but I’m sure now that I have it, it will be very useful.

Used, broken, no directions
First the product was used, it came wrapped in a Walmart bag, no directions and to top it off it's broken

Wheelchairs too?
It says it’s for wheelchair usage. Shows how to assemble to every chair EXCEPT a wheelchair. I connected it to mine. Not sure I would recommend it.
