Sturdy and attractive natural shelf
I love the fact this shelf is strong, wooden, unassuming and I matched it with a set of 2 hanging pegs with black hooks - perfect for the job and looks like they are part of a set.

Look stylish
Very thick and solid. I overloaded one of the shelves with books and it came down. They are heavy before anything goes on them. Easy to put up. Had many complimentary comments on them.

Look great!
These look great in the alcoves of our terraced house.We're using them as bookshelves but can't help think the brackets aren't strong enough, you can bend them by gently pushing down on the shelf.Main thing is they haven't fallen down! Will edit the review if the brackets worsen over time.

I haven't put our up yet but when I've opened the box I was amazed at the quality and colour of these. Absolute bargain for stunning shelves. Will update once on our living room wall. Will be buying more for our kitchen feature wall.

Attractive and sturdy wood shelves
Great purchase, lovely grain and finish to the wood on nice thick straight planks. Solid brackets and all the fittings needed to put up sturdy shelves that will hold plenty of weight.

No what I expected
Unfortunately the shelf was barely varnished with 1 week coating. It is a very light shelf so why it needed such heavy duty brackets i don't know. Unfortunately the brackets were too heavy for my thin studded wall so didn't really want it, but unfortunately I have to pay to send it back. So kept it i will re varnish it and use lighter brackets. So overall disappointed
