The rotational wheel keeps your body honest. Your body will be force find balance and symmetry. Yeah its a lil pricey,but the Trainer-In-Bag wasn't available yet. I also own a TRX; and I like that too. Hmm? If had to make a choice between the two. I'd chose the...the..War Machine. I like that wheel.
