Great Belt for Pool Exercise Classes
This belt was perfect! The traditional flatter belts always seemed to ride up and were more trouble than they were worth. This belt stays perfectly in place either on your back or front. Very pleased.

I like this belt but with six sections it came under my armpits which was uncomfortable, so I took out 1 section and the problem was solved!

It does not stay securely. THe nylon ribbons are not thick to secure so it slid up on me.

Works great!
My PT has me doing recovery exercises in the deep end of pool. This belt keeps me afloat with ease. I like that the belt is adjustable so others can use it. And that the flotation pieces are separate and adjustable, so they can be moved around for comfort and balance. I have noticed that if the pieces are placed unevenly, I can almost drift like in a current. And if they rest in the wrong spot (because I like the belt tight and low) it can hurt and leave a bruised feeling for a couple days. But with experimentation and adjustment, everything is great! Easily keeps a 200 lb family member afloat too.

Not quality
Never got to use this belt because the belt broke the first time I tried to adjust the size and it wasn’t even on yet. I think it would be good if the belt material didn’t have a failure. Very unhappy. I needed this for a trip.

What it shows on video it’s not really true. Reason: 1. It does not fit on hip as it shows on video 2. Means you can do free style swimming to learn to move feet and hips joint to move forward in swimming.I would like to return the product

This did exactly what I wanted it to do
I started swimming for exercise and I am very out of shape so I would use a noodle to help me stay afloat to make it easier. The only thing with the noodle was that I held right underneath my arms which limited my total arm movement. So I decided to look for some kind of floation device that I could wear and still lie horizontal and swim. Most of the things that I saw just keep you vertical in the water. This one does both! I can swim around the pool as long as I want using "all" of my arms and legs!

I am not the best swimmer.Since I do water aerobics this belt hold me up great and I feel more comfortable being in the pool
