Oursson Frying Pan Nonstick Induction, Flat Bottom, Stir Fry Pan, Induction (11 inch Pan)

Not the usual non stick. I'm being careful with it like the instructions say to. So far I'd say it works better than Teflon or any other non stick

I cooked stir fry vegetables with chicken and it cooked very smooth and easy, plus easy cleaning. Wish there was a smaller version of the same pan.

Has an excellent coating that allows non sticking of the food and is real easy to clean.

I bought one of the larger ones some months ago.It works great and so far has been holding up really well. Truly non-stick.There was someone here that complained that the bottom stretches their induction cooktopI use induction cooking and would like to offer some advice - put a papertowel on your induction unit. I have been doing this for years in case I have a spill/boil over. It works great. Unless you cook on maximum setting for extended period of time, the paper will not even discolor.

Love this pan! Nothing sticks. This is the first pan I can honestly say that about.

just what i was looking for easy to clean and use

Trying the high sided fry pan instead of the wok. Great pan, even water doesn't stick to this puppy! Very satisfied. Highly recommended.

Oil didn't stay in the middle.

The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is because the handle is not very sturdy. Then again for the price

Très bel ustensile de cuisine avec une qualité de fabrication remarquable !La poêle n'adhère pas du tout ! Et en plus, elle se nettoie très aisément !Ne peux pour le moment juger de la longévité vu que je viens de la recevoir, mais elle semble conçue pour durer.A recommander.
