Husband was deaf as a doorpost for 3 weeks and It was driving us both mad. He has selective deafness at best of times but this was beyond a joke plus the tv had reached the louder than hell old person level. Tried ear drops, hydrogen peroxide and distilled water to no effect so turned to my go to answer to everything Amazon. This popped up and reviews seemed positive so thought worth a try especially as with a discount voucher. Happy to say it is truly an amazing piece of kit. Instant success! Normal hearing restored with minimum of fuss. Extremely easy to use, clear instructions included. Choice of tips and can advise we found the softer flexible tip seemed to work the best, it can also be trimmed to a length that is comfortable. Highly recommend this and is a welcome addition to the medicine cabinet. Husband says worth ten times its price (£14.44) for the relief its given him and i couldn't agree more.

Like a lot of people I suffer quite badly wheb it CES to earwax, and more often than not end up with a blocked ear and can't hear anything from it. Usually I have to get a GP appointment to see a nurse who ends up telling me to use something to soften the wax for a few days and then go back but THIS, this right here sorted my blocked ear in a matter of minutes. I also used it in my other ear and cleared both from wax. If your looking for something to clear your ear then look no further because this is defo it. Absolutely amazing stuff right there

This product does work and I’m only reviewing it so others might get as much relief from the removal of earwax as I have done. It’s ‘lockdown 3’ and I was completely deaf in one ear and very little hearing in the other. Very uncomfortable. I bought sodium bicarbonate ear drops from chemist to loosen wax for several days before using this product then put it to work! For ease of cleaning up I sat in a warm bath , followed the simple instructions and pumped the tepid water into my ear. Five or six pumps later huge pieces of wax started to flush out of my ear . A few extra pumps of water into my ear and it was completely clear. I repeated the operation in the other ear and the relief was instant. Huge amounts of wax flushed out. Job done. My only criticism is that most of this kit is totally unnecessary, the water bottle with nozzles is pretty much all that is required. Strongly advise everyone considering this to use ear drops for several days before flushing out with this kit.

The kit has so many pieces it takes a long time to figure out what each is used for and some weren’t used at all. Saying that, it worked well in removing the wax.

I must admit that I half expected this not to work despite the favourable reviews, so I was pleasantly surprised that it does. I've suffered with earwax and eczema in my ears for a number of years, and they were overdue a good clear out, so I phoned the local GP surgery to book and appointment only to be told that our wonderful NHS is no longer providing that service, so I'd need to pay upwards of £50 to have it done at Boots or Specsavers. Feeling a little uncomfortable about forking out 50 quid, and having Specsavers poking around in my ears as well as the general inconvenience of doing anything amidst this covid crisis, I turned to Amazon to search for an alternative, and this little kit showed up. It was cheap enough to give it a punt and if it didn't work then I wasn't losing too much (assuming I didn't cause further damage) There's not much to the kit, a squeezy bottle with a trigger pump, and a selection of nozzles, a cup to catch the water and a small microfibre towel. Plus a few scary looking metal things that I wouldn't want to poke in my ears with. I'd been putting drops of olive oil in my ears for a few days to soften up the wax, so I was ready to go. I attached the clear soft silicon nozzle and filled the bottle with lukewarm water, then recruited my wife to blast it into my ears. All I can say is that it did remove a fair bit of gunk, so it definitely worked. A few days later I repeated the exercise and removed some more gunk, so I expect I'll need a few more goes before the deep rooted stuff comes out, but I can do it as often as I like now without having to book an appointment. As I said, I only used the soft silicon nozzle, and I think you really need to be careful when using DIY kits like this, but so far so good for me. *** UPDATE Sept '21 *** After the 4th or 5th time of using this, a large (5mm?) plug of gunk came out of my left ear and my hearing on that side immediately improved.

Wow! This product really works I couldn’t believe it. I have never seen/had professional ear syringing, but my partner went deaf in one ear & had problems for years previously. I bought this on a whim having tried ear candles (useless!). This was very easy to use & set up. Great tools in the kit as well. The only tricky bit is knowing the right temperature water to use! THE STUFF that came out of his ear! OMG we were blown away! I would recommend this to anyone. He now hears normally and has no more issues in that ear

Bought this primarily for my elderly Mum. She only has one working ear and when that gets blocked up she is totally deaf. Lately with Covid restrictions many ear appointments have been cancelled and it has been a nightmare to get her to a private appointment when one did eventually become available. I bought this so she can keep her ear free of wax on a regular basis so it doesn't build up and make her completely deaf as that is so isolating and miserable for her. She is very happy with this. It is easy to use on your own and plenty of options to use it. The only downside was when it was delivered it wasn't boxed (not sure if this would be the same for everyone), but the kit is great and a good price especially considering many appointments are more than twice the cost of this!
