UPDATE (3/28/2025)- since leaving the review the company reached out and was VERY helpful in getting me a new faucet. The new one works GREAT, highly recommend the faucet and the customer service team!!Original review- The pop up drain was very easy to install. The faucet its self is beautiful, install wasn’t great though. First the rubber washers have screens built into them, which is fine, until one of them had a wire sticking out of it that ripped the whole washer. Had to run to the hardware store to purchase something else that would work. Once that was done, turned on the faucet to find out that the water flow is AWFUL! Never had an issue with water pressure until installing this faucet. I’m not sure if it’s THIS faucet or the design, or what, but it’s terrible!

Don't like how the water is not coming out full,it's just tricking.

I do not recommend this product. I've had it installed for about a year and the black paint is chipping already. I would rather spend more and not deal with this issue in a brand new bathroom.

Great item comes with full kit. The bottom plate piece comes off or you can leave it on. Matte black is the one I got looks very nice in my bathroom.

I installed two of these in each of my bathrooms. They look great and will be much easier to clean than my old faucet. The pop-up drain works well. No leaks from the faucet and the handle movement is very smooth.Cons- The supply hoses were too short so I had to go get extensions. These were very easy to install and I had no leakage issues, but be prepared to spend a little extra to get these.The gaskets didn't work well. There were some serious leaks. I used plumbers' putty and some thread-sealing tape to correct this.
