I recently purchased the Laser Pecker LP1 Pro, and it has exceeded my expectations. As a professional graphic designer and watercolor artist, I appreciate tools that offer precision and quality, and the LP1 Pro delivers on both fronts. The setup was straightforward, and the intuitive app made it easy to start engraving within minutes. The compact and portable design is a huge plus, allowing me to work from anywhere without sacrificing performance. The laser engraving quality is impressive, with fine detail and smooth finishes on various materials, including wood, leather, paper and others. It has opened up new creative possibilities for my projects, from customizing art pieces to creating personalized gifts. I particularly love the versatility and reliability it offers. The adjustable settings allow for control over depth and intensity, giving each piece a professional touch. It's a powerful, user-friendly tool that fits perfectly into my creative workflow.

We love this little guy. It is the perfect portable laser for personalizing items, especially those made with natural materials. This is not your big laser for cutting or larger projects or speed. This laser does exactly what it is designed to do and does it well. The 5W laser is slower, but that is expected. I definitely recommend the stand. It folds up nicely and sets up quickly and easily. The auto-focus and app make using this little guy so simple. Probably the fastest unbox to first laser burn on the market.

I think this is a great compact, mobile laser! You can very quickly start on projects and the ease of use makes this laser perfect for beginners! You do not need to own a computer, you just use the app on your phone. I recommend this product if you do not need a high powered laser but something for smaller projects or to brand your projects with your logo. You can even use the tripod to have it facing outward, but note when doing this, you should always remember to wear your glasses and be aware of other people that may come into the area.

I’ve done close to 50 engravings with this so far. It works well for for my needs(primarily wood). Fortunately I did not have problems with the app as some other reviews have described. Pros: it’s flexible in that I can use it on objects that aren’t flat, are unusually shaped, and it can be used vertically. The auto adjusting stand works well, and is simple to use, and the built in fan handles the smoke well. It handles detailed work well. Cons: Engravings that are larger or more detailed will take some time. The included tripod isn’t great. G code doesn’t work, and I have to “trick” mine into working with grayscale(hopefully future app updates will resolve these two issues). Ultimately I am satisfied with it. It does solid engravings, has been reliable, and the app hasn’t given me any real problems. I would recommend this unit, and at the same time you should be aware that there are some limitations.

I would give the item and this transaction zero stars if I could. I purchased this laser burner to replace the one I had for years. I was excited to play with this one however the burns were uneven and it took me numerous tries to get it centered on the item I was trying to burn. It was more of an headache and waste of time and money. I requested t returned the item and it was approved. They received the item on Jan 24th and I’m still waiting for my refund. This is the most expensive item I purchased on Amazon and also the LONGEST I’ve ever waited for my refund. Be aware before you purchase.

I bought this as a gift for my husband. He is a wood worker and has always talked about engraving his creations but never jumped in and bought one. I didn't want to spend a fortune on something I knew nothing about so, I shopped around, read reviews and decided on this little guy. It's small, compact and can go anywhere! The quality seems to be excellent. I bought the one with the upgraded stand which I highly recommend. I can't imagine trying to use the tripod to get the height exactly right. There was a learning curve with the app and the engraver which was expected since he is new to this. I now have engraved wood bowls, cutting boards, pens and even my earbud case has our logo on it! He's having a blast with this awesome engraver!

I bought this to engrave the bottoms of wooden bowls I turn. Wow, this is really cool. Product is easy to use for a tool that's so versatile. I wanted to do curved type and the Laserpecker app does not do that, so all I needed to do was create my engraving in Powerpoint, save it as a jpeg file, email it to myself to get it on my iphone, and import it to the app using Albums. Worked great. This is a great product that exceeded my expectations in power, quality, ease of use, and the company was very responsive when I had questions. Great support. Five stars all around.

What impressed me immediately is how mobile this engraver is. Most of the engraving I will be doing is on larger pieces of wood like barnwood fireplace mantels. Therefore I can bring the laser to any position I need. The Laserpecker app is super easy to use. I was burning within 15 minutes of unboxing. Not a big fan of the mini-tripod but appreciate they sent one. Since I am a photographer I have been using my CAMERA tripod. The female threads underneath the laser accept any standard tripod. I can burn anything 7 foot high if I wanted !! Show me another laser that can do that ? I realize it's not the strongest laser out there but show me a laser that will accept a 7 foot, 80 pound mantle for burning projects ? The company also says it wont burn light metal. Thought I'd try on my Yeti mugs. Couple of passes but it did burn some of my favorite logos. The designs I've done in wood are perfect ! Here's what I've heard the most " How did you do that " ? Not the fastest laser but that gives me a chance to grab a few cold ones.
